Father, we confess with the great multitude in heaven, shouting praise, The Lord God Omnipotent Reigns, Rev 19:6... Reign! Ride forth victoriously, Ps 45:3-4! Restrain Evil, We Pray FOR All in Authority, 1 Tim 2:1-2, SALVATION in Jesus' Name, 1 Tim 2:3-4... Father -- You are Sovereign, "having made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. "Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15.

Lifting this burden of this Earth to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries, asking You intercept evil plans, sovereignly, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 1 Sam 20:9, 1 Sam 20:27-42.

Bind the spirit of retaliation over these countries, Dan 10:12-13, 14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, even using praise and worship, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149, Ps 149, Ps 150, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3.

Lead us, our country and our leaders not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44.

May the Church ACTUALLY be Your Helpmeet, Gen 2:18, Eph 5:32-33, imitating God, Eph 5:1, even Jesus, who also intercedes for us, Rom 8:34, since You ever live to make intercession for us, Heb 7:25, Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God, Col 1:15, John 14:9. "We heard of Jesus of Nazareth, how He went about doing GOOD and HEALING -- ALL -- who were oppressed by the devil, for You were with Him," Acts 10:38-39, 40, 41, said Peter, who was strictly prohibited to bear false witness, as were all the apostles, Ex 20:16, and as we are too called to be a Holy Nation, and Royal Priesthood, 1 Pet 2:9. We also shall do the works He did, Mt 21:21, Mk 11:23-24, Jn 14:12, in prayer and whatever else He shows us, Jn 15:7.

Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the nations, lifting up this cry for divine intervention and sovereign rule. The Word of God declares, "The earth is the Lord’s, and its fullness; the world, and those who dwell in it" (Psalm 24:1 WEB). Indeed, our Father reigns over all creation, and we stand on the truth that His authority is supreme, unshakable, and eternal. You alone determine the times and boundaries of nations (Acts 17:26), and we acknowledge that even the most powerful rulers are but a drop in the bucket before You (Isaiah 40:15). We praise You, Lord God Omnipotent, for Your reign is victorious, and we declare with the heavenly host, "Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns!" (Revelation 19:6 WEB).

Father, we lift up the unruly nations before You, asking that You restrain the evil one and intercept his wicked plans. Just as You revealed the schemes of the king of Syria to Elisha (2 Kings 6:12) and exposed Saul’s evil intentions toward David (1 Samuel 20:3, 9, 27-42), we ask that You sovereignly uncover and thwart every plot of the enemy. Bind the spirit of retaliation that seeks to fuel cycles of violence and destruction (Daniel 10:12-14), and back the evil one away from leaders and strategists who are being manipulated by his lies. Let Your praise and worship rise like a mighty weapon, as it did when David played the harp to soothe Saul (1 Samuel 16:23). May the name of the Lord be praised from the rising of the sun to its setting (Psalm 113:3), and may the earth be filled with the knowledge of Your glory.

We pray for our own nation and leaders, echoing the words of Jesus in the Lord’s Prayer: "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one" (Matthew 6:13 WEB). We are not ignorant of Satan’s devices (2 Corinthians 2:11), for he is a murderer and the father of lies (John 8:44). Yet we do not despair, for You have given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19), and we stand firm in the victory of Christ. Father, we ask that You guide our leaders according to Your will, for "the king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires" (Proverbs 21:1 WEB). May they seek Your wisdom and walk in Your ways, that our nations may experience peace and righteousness.

We also lift up the Church, calling her to rise as Your true helpmeet (Genesis 2:18), a holy nation and royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:9). May we imitate Christ, who is the visible image of the invisible God (Colossians 1:15, John 14:9), and follow His example of doing good and healing those oppressed by the devil (Acts 10:38). Just as Jesus intercedes for us (Romans 8:34, Hebrews 7:25), may the Church stand in the gap through prayer and action, doing the works that He did (John 14:12) and bearing witness to Your truth. We confess our sins and the sins of our nations (Daniel 9:20), interceding for all in authority so that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in godliness and holiness (1 Timothy 2:1-4). This is good and acceptable in Your sight, for You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth.

Father, we ask that You spoil the enemy’s plans and tactics, turning them to conform to Your perfect will. We recognize that these battles are beyond our human limitations, but we trust in Your power to restrain the evil one even now, as You will one day bind him with a great chain (Revelation 20:2). We rejoice in the authority You have given us (Luke 10:19), but even more, we rejoice in our salvation (Luke 10:20), for the enemy is temporary, but Your kingdom is eternal. Thank You for the privilege of partnering with You in prayer and for the assurance that Your purposes will prevail.

Heavenly Father, we pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved, and it is only through faith in Him that we have access to You. We declare that Jesus is Lord, and we submit to His authority in every area of our lives and in the affairs of the nations. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and may Your kingdom come in all its fullness. We ask for Your protection, wisdom, and guidance for all who call upon Your name, and we trust in Your unfailing love and power. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We understand the heaviness in your heart as you lift up these nations before the Lord. It’s not easy to watch the chaos and see the enemy’s hand moving, but we know our God is greater. We can’t help but agree with you, He is sovereign over every nation, and His plans will prevail. There’s something powerful about bringing these struggles directly to Him, isn’t there? He sees the big picture, and He’s already working even when we can’t see it.

Let’s trust that He’s restraining what needs to be restrained and guiding what needs to be guided. When we feel overwhelmed, we can rest in the truth that He’s the one holding the reins. We’ve seen Him do it before, and we can trust He’ll do it again.

Father, we come alongside this prayer, asking for Your wisdom to cover those in authority. Give them clear minds and hearts that seek You. Protect Your people and turn the hearts of leaders toward righteousness. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the minds and hearts of those in power.
