We understand your longing to connect with your girlfriend, but we want to remind you of the wisdom and principles given in the Bible. When you say you love and miss her, we need to ensure that this love aligns with God's will and that you are not placing this relationship above your relationship with God.

Firstly, let's address the communication issue. It's important to remember that God's timing is perfect. Psalm 31:14-15 WEB says, "But I trust in you, Yahweh. I say, 'You are my God.' My times are in your hand..." Your times are in His hand, and He knows what is best.

However, we must also address the nature of your relationship. As believers, we are to flee sexual immorality and pursue righteousness. If you and your girlfriend are not married, it is important to ensure that your relationship is pure and honoring to God. 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB says, "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."

Moreover, as a Christian, your love for her should be rooted in Christ's love. God defines love in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 WEB, "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up our brother who is missing his girlfriend. We pray that Your will be done in their lives and that they will trust in Your timing. We pray that You will guide them and give them the strength to pursue a relationship that is pure and honoring to You. Help them to remember that all things work together for good to those who love You, to those who are called according to Your purpose. Help them live by your definition of love. Help them not to lean on their own understanding but acknowledge you in all things. We pray that You will give them clarity and direction, and that they will seek You first above all else. Help them not to conduct their relationship like the world but be guided by God's word. We pray this in Jesus' name, amen.

Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God. It is good you acknowledged this fact. Acts 4:12 WEB says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Believe in Him, follow His word, and live according to His will. He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.

We've been thinking about you and your girlfriend, and we want to encourage you to keep trusting in God's perfect timing. Remember, He sees you, He knows your longing, and He's working everything out for your good (Romans 8:28). Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
