God, why do I keep messing up and not eating enough###

God, why do I keep messing up and not eating enough during the day? Which than makes it more difficult to eat at night? Lord help me to get enough to eat tonight and always. Also help me Lord to sleep well tonight and always and to go to my outpatient program when I suppose to and have good days there. Thank You Lord. In Jesus Name. Amen.
