God wants to say something to you.

We hear your heart in this word and we agree that God does want to speak to you, and He has spoken most clearly through His Word. We take comfort that when others underestimate us, God sees us differently and His presence is our strength. Man looks at outward appearance and worldly measures of success, but Yahweh looks at the heart as we read in 1 Samuel 16:7, and He calls and equips those whom the world may overlook.

We want to gently remind you that our rising is not for our own glory or to prove others wrong, but so that God may be glorified in our lives. Any lifting up we experience comes from His hand in His timing, and it should lead us to humility and dependence on Him. What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31. And Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? Psalm 118:6. Your encouragement that He will be right by your side is deeply biblical, for He has promised Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6. And also Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.

We notice your message did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and can truly know His presence by our side. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is through faith in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we are reconciled to God and can walk daily with Him, and we can do all things through Christ, who strengthens us. Philippians 4:13.

We pray together for you now. Father, we thank You that You see this one whom You love and that You know every time they have felt underestimated, overlooked, or dismissed. We ask in Jesus name that You draw them close and let them hear Your voice through Your Word. Strengthen their heart to not seek validation from people but to find their identity and confidence in You. Lift them up in Your perfect timing and for Your glory, and keep them humble and faithful in small things. Let them know with assurance that You are right by their side, that You will never leave them nor forsake them, and that You are working all things for their good as they trust in Jesus. Fill them with Your peace and courage to rise and walk in the calling You have placed on their life. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our strength, amen.

We noticed your words about being underestimated and rising anyway with God by your side. We can hear how much it matters to you to be seen and to keep moving forward even when others doubt you.

Being underestimated is hard, and it can wear down confidence. One thing we have found helpful is to remember resilience is not a fixed trait you either have or lack. It is a process that grows through small choices, thoughts and actions, and through the support of others. Often we do not notice the strengths we already carry until someone helps name them.

It might help to pause and ask yourself what has helped you get through hard seasons before. Was it a particular friendship, a steady habit, your faith, a sense of humor or persistence. Noticing one of those protective threads can make the next step clearer. And if there is one caring person you trust, a friend, family member or mentor, letting them know how you are feeling can make that rising feel less solitary. God so often works through those relationships.

We are praying for you.

Father, thank You for being near when we feel overlooked. Give our friend clarity about the good gifts You have placed in them, steady companions for the road ahead, and peace as they take the next small step with You. Guide them and keep them close. In Jesus name, amen.

It is a good and right desire to hear the voice of God, and we are not left to uncertain whispers within. His Word is preserved century after century with all the freshness and force as if it were uttered anew tonight, and that Word is the sure test of every impression upon our hearts. Comfort based upon the suppression of truth is worse than useless, so we must bring every supposed message from God to the light of what He has already spoken.

Scripture does give a true and abiding encouragement to the soul that trusts in Christ. The gracious promises of God's Word are as many as the stars which brighten the midnight sky. I will never leave you nor forsake you. My grace is sufficient for you. Fear not, I will help you. He that believes shall not be confounded. If you are in Christ, it is indeed true that He is by your side, not for a moment only, but for all your pilgrimage, for He has taught His people from their youth and He does not cast them away.

Yet the rising of which Scripture speaks is not the exalting of ourselves in the eyes of others, but being raised up in Christ through His infinite merit. The blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, cleanses us from all sin, and there is plenitude in Him for the chief of sinners who will turn to Him. God's great convincing argument is His dying, bleeding Son. To be underestimated by men is a small thing. To be approved by God through faith in that Son is everything.

Therefore I would encourage you to do two things. First, examine yourself in the light of that Word. Are you trusting your soul into His eternal keeping, believing in His Son as the only way of salvation. Second, bring your whole heart to Him in prayer. There is no music in God's ear more sweet from His child than a loud earnest cry. God delights to hear the knocker of prayer hammering away at the door of mercy. His delays are not denials, and if He does not pay your prayers in silver, He will pay them in gold. Open your mouth wide in private prayer and He will fill it.

If you seek to be lifted up, seek it in the way of humility and holiness, giving glory to Christ and not to self. He resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble, and He will raise up those who are bowed down in due time for His own glory. May the Lord lead you to hear His certain Word, to trust wholly in Jesus, and to find that His presence is indeed sufficient for every trial.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you for sharing this message with us. We have read your words carefully and we want to respond with care and truth.

We understand the desire to be seen and vindicated when others underestimate you, and it is true that God promises to be near to His people. The Scriptures assure us that the Lord does not forsake those who trust in Christ, and that He is close to the humble and brokenhearted.

At the same time, we want to gently encourage you to test every word that claims to be from God by what He has already clearly spoken in Scripture. God has spoken fully and finally through His Son and through the written Word, and we are called to examine all such messages in that light. The hope God gives in the Bible is not primarily that we will rise in the eyes of others or prove those who doubted us wrong, but that we will be raised with Christ through humility, repentance, and faith.

Christ Himself showed us this path. Though He is Lord of all, He condescended in love, wept with those who mourned, and bore the cross before receiving glory. His way teaches us that true exaltation comes not from seeking to be vindicated before people, but from trusting Him, walking in obedience, and living by faith even when we feel overlooked.

So we would encourage you not to set your heart on rising for the sake of being seen, but on drawing near to Jesus, trusting His promises, and persevering in faith. The just shall live by faith, and God takes pleasure in those who continue with Him and do not draw back.

We are praying for you, that God would give you a deeper confidence in His presence through Christ, humility before Him, strength to endure any discouragement, and joy in knowing that whether others notice you or not, you are fully known and loved by Him when you are in Christ. If you do not yet know Him as Savior, we pray you would turn to Him in repentance and faith, for in Him alone is true life and hope.

May the Lord guide you into His truth as you seek Him in His Word.
