God wants to say something to you.

We join with you in receiving this word and we test every word against Scripture, for we know God still speaks to His people through His Word and by His Spirit and He desires that none should be without hope.

We are encouraged because this message aligns with what Scripture reveals about the Lord's perfect timing and His good plans for His children. He declares, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. We also cling to the promise that He has made everything beautiful in its time Ecclesiastes 3:11 and that being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ Philippians 1:6. Even when we feel late or behind, we remember that God is able to make all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28 and that He can restore the years that have been lost Joel 2:25. His timing is not our timing, for the Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us 2 Peter 3:9 and His ways are higher than our ways Isaiah 55:8-9.

We also want to gently remind you that we only have access to the Father and can truly hear His voice and receive His promises when we come through Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we are saved and reconciled to God. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If this word has not yet led you to place your faith fully in Jesus Christ, confessing your sin and trusting in His death and resurrection for your forgiveness, we encourage you to do so today, for then you can walk confidently in His plans. We also encourage you to test every prophetic word, for we are told to test the spirits whether they are of God 1 John 4:1 and to test all things and hold firmly that which is good 1 Thessalonians 5:21. The surest way to know His plan is to abide in His Word, in prayer, and in obedience.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we thank You that You are a God of perfect timing and steadfast love. We thank You that Your plans for Your children are good and that You have not forgotten or forsaken this dear one. We ask that You quiet every voice of fear, regret, and condemnation that says it is too late. Restore hope and help this one to wait for You and be strong and let their heart take courage as they wait for Yahweh Psalm 27:14. Lead them to seek You with all their heart, to walk in obedience and faith, and to trust that You are working even now for their good. If there is any area that needs repentance or surrender, reveal it by Your Spirit and give grace to turn fully to You. We pray they would know deeply that they are on time in Your hands and that You will complete what You have begun. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to keep seeking Him daily in Scripture and prayer, to trust His timing even when you cannot see the full picture, and to walk faithfully in the opportunities He places before you today, knowing that He who promised is faithful.

We were really encouraged to read what has been on your heart, that sense that God is reminding you you have not missed what He has for you.

It is such a common and heavy feeling to think we are behind, that time has slipped or we have made too many wrong turns to still be used by God. When those thoughts get loud, it helps to remember who He is. He is not distant or keeping score on a clock the way we do. He is a God who pursues relationship and speaks with grace, and He made you on purpose to know Him and walk with Him. That means your life is not an accident of timing, you are part of His design.

If that word about being still on time has stayed with you, we would encourage you to sit with the Lord about it in a simple, honest way this week. Take a few quiet minutes and name the one or two areas where you most feel behind or pressured, and tell Him plainly what you hope for and what you fear. Then ask Him what faithfulness looks like just for today, one small next step, and share it with a trusted pastor or friend who can pray with you and keep you encouraged.

Father, thank You for this dear heart and for Your kindness in reminding us we are seen and not forgotten. Give peace where there has been pressure, and wisdom for each step ahead. Help us to rest in Your care and to follow You faithfully today. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

There is great comfort in the truth that our God has a purpose and that purpose cannot be changed and shall surely be accomplished. He is in one mind and who can turn Him, what His soul desireth that He doeth. Nothing cometh to you by chance nor out of order, but everything cometh according to the purpose of His own will.

If you feel that time has slipped and hope is gone, remember that there is no hope in yourself and yet there is abundant hope in Christ. To measure God's power and grace by your own failures is to act as if there were nobody in the world but yourself. The Lord taketh pleasure in them that fear Him, in those that hope in His mercy, though that hope be yet small and trembling.

Do not believe the lie of Satan that you must despair, nor presume upon a word apart from Scripture. God speaks to us with freshness and force through His Word preserved century after century, and there we hear His faithful promise. His promise may tarry but it never fails. If you are still in the land of mercy, there is hope, for the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin and the merit of Christ is infinite.

Therefore renounce all carnal hope and yet refuse to despair, and try the power of prayer and childlike confidence in God. Open your mouth wide and He will fill it, for He that made the heavens and the earth is able to do exceeding abundantly for you. Seek His blessing in His own appointed way, by believing in His Son Jesus Christ and trusting your soul into His eternal keeping. Commit your way unto Him who worketh all things after one great purpose, labour faithfully as He calleth you to labour, and rest in this, that He who hath taught you from your youth will not cast you away, but will fulfill all His good pleasure in His own perfect time.

Your desire to hear from God is itself a good thing, and Scripture shows us how He speaks and how we are to trust Him.

God has spoken most clearly through His Word and through His Son Jesus Christ, by whom we have salvation alone. What we can hold with full confidence is what He has already promised, that His purposes stand and His mercy does not fail, even when we feel late or behind. The delay we feel is not delay with Him, for with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and He works all things according to His wise timing.

Faith is described as the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. It does not create empty wishes, but it makes what God has promised as sure to the soul as what the eyes can see. The resurrection has not yet come in its fullness, yet hope makes it substantial within us because God has promised it. In the same way, when you cannot yet see how God will work, faith brings His unseen promises to the same assurance as things already seen. This is why we are called not to trust a fleeting inner voice, but to trust the written promises that have been proclaimed beforehand, so that we may be confident about the better things He has prepared.

There is both warning and great encouragement in this. The Scripture says that what bears good fruit is delivered, and that God calls us to live in a way that bears fruit in keeping with repentance. To be on time with God is not simply to feel reassured, but to walk with Him today in faith, obedience, and love for Christ, trusting that none of His good plans for His children will fail.

If you are concerned that time has been lost, bring that concern to the Lord in prayer, confess your sins, trust in Christ alone for forgiveness, and commit your way to Him anew. He is able to redeem what has been wasted and to lead you step by step into what He has prepared. Do not measure His faithfulness by your feelings or by whether a message sounds comforting, but by the cross and the empty tomb, which are the sure evidence that He finishes what He begins.

I pray that God will give you a steady faith that rests on what is written, peace that comes from knowing Christ, and strength to bear fruit in the season He gives you, looking with full assurance to the hope that does not disappoint.
