God - "Truth" or Fiction?

Hello people, I am working on a project, covering people's faith and some of life's hardest questions. Based on your responses in the survey link below, I will be working on a video. It would just take 10-15 minutes of your day. Kindly fill-up the form below, and please forward this to 10 or more friends of yours if you can (I'm trying to carry on my Mom's work for God who recently passed away). ☺ God Bless!

Sorry to hear of your loss, I lost my mother last summer. Is there another way you could do a survey more securely than a google doc? I believe you can do one through the software on this site, God bless your efforts, but I don't trust google.
