God, Through These Members......

Dear God, please help me get back to where I belong & want to be. It is roughly 3,500 miles fron Tucson to Pittsburgh, Pa. I do not know anyone here eccept the people I'm staying with temporarily. They are not in a position to help me get back to Pittsburgh. I must rely on constant prayers & hope someone can guide me back home where I want to be. I'm 66 & my health is not good at all.

The death of my Danny has altered my life in ways I never dreamed of. When & if I can get the help I need through prayer & generous kind people I can grieve in some peace where I had my son & where he grew up.

I light a can with a small prayer everyday God will get me through this.........I just want & need to be home.

Amen & thanks to all who read this And would someone please help me.................Bette

Child of God,

Psalm 94:19 Tells Us…When I worried (when I am anxious) about many things, Your assuring words (God’s Word) soothed my soul with comfort and joy.

Let’s Pray… God I ask in Jesus’ name, “Minister to my heart through your Holy Spirit and the Word of God. Comfort me with peace and understanding when my spirit is troubled and I am overwhelmed. Let me pray about everything and not worry about anything. And as I am praying let the presence of Your Holy Spirit comfort me, quite my anxious thoughts and guard my heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Let me know that everything is going to be alright. That this will work out for my good.

When I don’t understand, give me understanding. When I don’t know which way to go, please direct my foot steps. Lead and guide me in the direction that You want me to take. Bless me with courage and deliver me from the spirit of fear when and if it tries to attack my faith with anxious thoughts. Bless me with strength when I am weak. Bless me with hope when all seems hopeless. Encourage Me Lord Jesus. Never let me give up on my God given dreams, and goals. Bless Me. Supply all my need. And all that I have asked You to do for me in this prayer please do the same for all those that care about me, those I care about, and the writer of this prayer, God Thank You for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.†Amen, so be it.

Philippians 4:6,7 tells us …. To be anxious for nothing (don’t worry about anything), but in everything by prayer and supplication (pray, talk to God), with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

May the healing comfort of God's grace be poured out over you. May your grief dissolve more and more with each passing day. I pray God moves on the hearts and spirits of those who can help you get to where you need to be. He is gracious and kind, and to Him be all glory, honor and praise.

God knows your heart and is not so concerned with your words as He is with the attitude of your heart. The following is a suggested prayer:

Lord God our Father, you created us for a purpose beyond our understanding. We cannot discern this purpose by our own powers, but you revealed it to the world by the death and resurrection of your Son. He revealed to us that we are your children, and that you created us to dwell with you in love for all eternity. He overcame sin and death to reconcile us with you. Free us from every form of bondage that separates us from you and purify us by the fire of your love. Guide us by the light of your truth, and lead us to the eternal life you have prepared for us. Believe and trust in GOD ...and keep on trusting regardless of what is going on around you, even if things seem hopeless.

God is real and is very aware of what is going on with you. Relinquish your mind’s control over all situations. Take your hands off and let go of your fear and unbelief. TRUST GOD TO WORK.
