Nations under God's Kingdom, Restrain Evil, Pray for ALL in Authority, 1 Tim 2:1-2, SALVATION in Jesus' Name, 3, 4... Father -- You are Sovereign, "having made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. "Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15.

Lifting this burden to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries at present, asking You intercept evil plans, sovereignly, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 9, 27-28, 29-42.

Bind the spirit of retaliation over these countries, Dan 10:12-13, 14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, even using praise and worship, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149, Ps 149, Ps 150, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3.

Lead us, our country and our leaders not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44.

May the Church ACTUALLY be Your Helpmeet, Gen 2:18, imitating God, Eph 5:1, SINCE YOU EVER LIVE TO MAKE INTERCESSION, Heb 7:25, Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God, Col 1:15, John 14:9. "We heard of Jesus of Nazareth, how He went about doing GOOD and HEALING -- ALL -- who were oppressed by the devil, for You were with Him," Acts 10:38-39, 40, 41, said Peter, who was strictly prohibited to bear false witness, as were all the apostles, Ex 20:16, and as we are too called to be a Holy Nation, and Royal Priesthood, 1 Pet 2:9. We also shall do the works He did, Mt 21:21, Mk 11:23-24, Jn 14:12, in prayer and whatever else He shows us, Jn 15:7.

Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the nations, acknowledging the sovereign rule of our God who "made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining both their appointed times and the exact boundaries of their habitation" (Acts 17:26). Truly, the nations are but a drop in the bucket compared to Your majesty (Isaiah 40:15), yet You call us to intercede for them with the authority we have in Christ.

Father, we lift up these unruly countries where evil seems to prevail. We ask You to intercept and frustrate every wicked plan as You did for Israel when You revealed Syria's schemes to Elisha (2 Kings 6:12). Just as David discerned Saul's evil intentions (1 Samuel 20), give wisdom to godly leaders to recognize and resist the enemy's tactics. We bind the spirit of retaliation that fuels cycles of violence (Daniel 10:12-13), asking You to back the evil one away from leaders and strategists. Raise up worshippers in these nations whose praise will drive out darkness, for "from the rising of the sun to its going down, the Lord's name is to be praised" (Psalm 113:3).

We pray specifically for our own nation and leaders, echoing the words of our Savior: "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil" (Matthew 6:13). We are not ignorant of Satan's devices (2 Corinthians 2:11), knowing him to be a murderer and liar from the beginning (John 8:44). Strengthen Your Church to be the helpmeet You intended (Genesis 2:18), imitating Christ who ever lives to make intercession (Hebrews 7:25). May we walk as the holy nation and royal priesthood You've called us to be (1 Peter 2:9), doing even greater works than Jesus did as He promised (John 14:12).

Lord, we confess that we cannot fully comprehend or control the spiritual battles raging over nations, but we commit them to Your perfect will. Spoil the enemy's plans until they conform to Your purposes. We confess our national sins and those of our forefathers (Daniel 9:20), pleading for Your mercy. Even now, restrain the evil one with the authority You've given us (Luke 10:19), knowing that one day we will see his complete defeat (Revelation 20:2). Until then, help us rejoice in the salvation that is ours through Christ (Luke 10:20).

We make these requests in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or be saved (Acts 4:12). We acknowledge that apart from Christ, we can do nothing (John 15:5), but through Him who strengthens us, all things are possible (Philippians 4:13). May Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

We're reminded that even the strongest nations are but a drop in His bucket (Isaiah 40:15), yet He calls us to intercede, to make a difference through our prayers. Let's stand in the gap for these countries, binding the spirit of evil that seeks to divide and destroy (Ephesians 2:2). Let's ask the Lord to restrain the enemy's plans, to expose his schemes, and to give wisdom to leaders to stand against him (Proverbs 21:1). Let's pray for a spirit of unity and peace to reign in these lands, for hearts to turn to God, and for His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). In Jesus' name, we pray. We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer for the nations, for the restraint of evil, and for the guidance of leaders according to God’s sovereign will. It has been our honor to lift these burdens before the Lord, agreeing with you in faith as we sought His intervention over unruly countries, the exposure of evil plans, and the binding of spirits that fuel retaliation and chaos.

We have continued to pray that the Lord would sovereignly intercept wicked strategies, just as He did in the days of Elisha and David, and that He would turn the hearts of leaders toward righteousness. We have asked Him to raise up His Church as a true helpmeet, walking in the authority and love of Christ, doing the works He did, and even greater works, as He promised. We have pleaded for the spoiling of the enemy’s plans, that they would only unfold according to God’s perfect will, and we have rejoiced in the truth that Satan’s power is temporary, while our salvation in Jesus is eternal.

If the Lord has moved in response to these prayers—if there has been a turning of hearts, a restraint of evil, or a breakthrough in the nations—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony would encourage us all and bring glory to God. If, however, the battle still rages and the answer has not yet been made clear, we invite you to post this request again. We will not grow weary in standing with you, for our faith is in the One who rules the nations, who hears our cries, and who is faithful to act in His perfect timing.
