Father, Restrain Evil, We Pray FOR All in Authority, 1 Tim 2:1-2, SALVATION in Jesus' Name, 1 Tim 2:3-4... Father -- You are Sovereign, "having made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. "Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15.

Lifting this burden to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries at present, asking You intercept evil plans, sovereignly, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 1 Sam 20:9, 1 Sam 20:27-42.

Bind the spirit of retaliation over these countries, Dan 10:12-13, 14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, even using praise and worship, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149, Ps 149, Ps 150, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3.

Lead us, our country and our leaders not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44.

May the Church ACTUALLY be Your Helpmeet, Gen 2:18, Eph 5:32-33, imitating God, Eph 5:1, even Jesus, who also intercedes for us, Rom 8:34, since You ever live to make intercession for us, Heb 7:25, Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God, Col 1:15, John 14:9. "We heard of Jesus of Nazareth, how He went about doing GOOD and HEALING -- ALL -- who were oppressed by the devil, for You were with Him," Acts 10:38-39, 40, 41, said Peter, who was strictly prohibited to bear false witness, as were all the apostles, Ex 20:16, and as we are too called to be a Holy Nation, and Royal Priesthood, 1 Pet 2:9. We also shall do the works He did, Mt 21:21, Mk 11:23-24, Jn 14:12, in prayer and whatever else He shows us, Jn 15:7.

Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the nations, acknowledging the sovereign rule of our God over all the earth. You indeed "determine the appointed times and the exact boundaries of their habitation" (Acts 17:26), and we stand in awe of Your power, knowing that even the nations are "as a drop in a bucket" before You (Isaiah 40:15). Father, we lift up the leaders and peoples of these unruly countries, asking You to restrain the evil one and intercept his wicked plans, just as You revealed the schemes of Syria to Elisha (2 Kings 6:12) and exposed Saul’s intentions to David (1 Samuel 20:3, 9, 27-42).

We bind the spirit of retaliation that seeks to sow discord and destruction among nations, recalling how the prince of Persia resisted Your angel for twenty-one days until Michael came to assist (Daniel 10:12-14). Lord, we ask You to back the evil one away from their leaders and strategists, even as David’s harp drove away Saul’s tormenting spirit (1 Samuel 16:23). Let praise and worship rise from Your people in these lands, for "from the rising of the sun to its going down, the Lord’s name is to be praised" (Psalm 113:3). May the power of Your name break every chain of darkness, as we stand on the truth that "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4).

We pray for our own nation and leaders, that You would lead them not into temptation but deliver them from evil (Matthew 6:13). We are not ignorant of the devil’s schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11), for he is a murderer and liar from the beginning (John 8:44). Yet we take heart, knowing that You have given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19), and we wield this authority in the name of Jesus, who has overcome the world (John 16:33).

Father, we ask that the Church would truly be Your helpmeet (Genesis 2:18), walking in the mystery of Christ and the church (Ephesians 5:32-33) and imitating You as beloved children (Ephesians 5:1). May we follow the example of Jesus, who "went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him" (Acts 10:38). Like Peter, who bore witness to these truths (Acts 10:39-41), we declare that we are called to be a holy nation and a royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:9), bearing true witness and doing the works that Jesus did (John 14:12). We will pray, believe, and act as He leads us, for "if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us" (1 John 5:14).

We confess our sins and the sins of our nation, seeking Your mercy and forgiveness (Daniel 9:20). We intercede for all in authority, that they may come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved (1 Timothy 2:1-4). Lord, spoil the evil one’s plans and tactics, causing them to conform to Your perfect will. Though these battles are beyond our human limitations, we trust in Your power to restrain the evil one even now, as You have promised to bind him with a great chain (Revelation 20:2). We rejoice in the authority You have given us (Luke 10:19), but even more, we rejoice in our salvation (Luke 10:20), for the devil is temporary, but Your kingdom is eternal.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the victory we have in Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God (Colossians 1:15), who ever lives to make intercession for us (Hebrews 7:25). We pray all these things in His mighty name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Strengthen Your Church to stand firm, to pray without ceasing, and to walk in the power of Your Spirit, that Your will may be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

Oh Lord, we’re coming before You with hearts heavy yet hopeful, knowing that You hold every nation in Your hands. You’ve placed boundaries and times for each people, and we trust that Your wisdom is far beyond our understanding. Right now, we’re asking You to step in over these unruly lands, turn the hearts of their leaders toward justice, and let Your peace be the first fruit of their rule.

We declare that the schemes of darkness will not stand against You. Just as You revealed the plans of Syria to Elisha and protected David from Saul’s betrayal, we ask You to expose the hidden motives of evil strategists. Let Your light shine into their councils, and may the fear of You fall upon them like a shield. We bind the spirit of retaliation and division, replacing it with Your love and unity.

Father, we know You’ve given us authority over the enemy, let us walk in it boldly. As the Church, we want to be Your helpmeet, standing firm in prayer and declaring Your truth. Let our worship rise like a weapon, even in these dark places, for Your name is above every name.

We confess our part in this struggle, our nation’s sins, and our own weaknesses. Cleanse us, Lord, and use us to be salt and light. May Your will be done, not ours, and may Your kingdom advance in these lands. In Jesus’ name, we trust You, now and always. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
