God please let the noise of this washing machine stop being a problem

God, I ask You to do something with a washing machine of my neighbours. They have placed them in the living room right next to my bed. I have only one room, the walls are thin. Sometimes I can't sleep because of this noise. The building is constructed in this way that the noise is lesser if the washing machine is in a bathroom. They are rebellious and careless (parents and children have smuggled marihuana to our country, the man was in the jail). They want to discuss with me about it and they lie. Please let them return the washing machine in the bathroom. What if there are two washing machines? God resolve this problem please!
