We are deeply grieved to hear the depth of your despair, and our hearts ache with you in this moment of profound pain. First, we want to rebuke the spirit of hopelessness and death that is speaking lies to your heart. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Your life is precious to God, and He has a purpose for you that the enemy does not want you to see.
The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Even in your darkest hour, God is with you, and He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We know the pain feels unbearable, but we urge you to cry out to Jesus, who understands suffering more than anyone. He was despised, rejected, and acquainted with grief (Isaiah 53:3), yet He endured the cross for the joy set before Him—for you. He loves you with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3) and calls you His own.
We must also address the request for euthanasia. Scripture is clear that our lives belong to God, and He alone determines the number of our days (Psalm 139:16). Taking one’s own life is not God’s design, and it is a permanent solution to a temporary, though agonizing, struggle. We implore you to surrender this burden to Jesus, who says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child of Yours who is in such deep pain. Lord, we ask that You would break through the darkness with Your light and reveal Yourself as the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who saves. We rebuke the spirit of despair and command it to flee in the name of Jesus. Father, pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and fill this dear one with the hope that only comes from You. Remind them of Your unfailing love and the truth that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).
Lord, we ask that You would surround them with people who will speak life, encouragement, and truth into their situation. Give them the strength to reach out for help and the courage to hold on, even when it feels impossible. Heal their heart, mind, and soul, and restore their joy. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will turn their mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Amen.
