God Please Help Me

I need you in my life Lord. Each day gets harder and harder to go on. I'm trying not to burden my family with all the things I'm going thru. I just cry in silence. I hurt inside so bad, but I can't let others know. I am the strong one in the family and I can't fall apart in front of them. I just don't know how much longer I can hold on. Please help me...
