We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing and the pain you're experiencing. We want to remind you that God is always with you, even in your darkest hours. The Bible tells us to cast all our anxieties on him, because he cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Firstly, we want to address that we only have access to God and are saved by the name of Jesus Christ. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 (WEB) For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13 (WEB)
In your pain and exhaustion you are asking God to take you home, but also you are asking God not to take you home. We understand the confusion in this time of pain. We must trust in God's timing and remember he has a purpose. We can be confident of God’s provision, even in the midst of trouble, as long as we remain within his will. He has not promised to spare us from all trouble, but he has promised to be with us in it. As the Word says Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)
Regarding your marriage, we want to remind you that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16 WEB). We encourage you to pray for restoration and reconciliation, if possible and that it aligns with God's will. Pray for God's will to be done and for Him to guide you through this trial. Remember and put into action pursuing your children and loving them from a distance until your wife will allow you to again be the father you need to be.
Pray with us:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up our brother to you, asking for your strength and comfort in his time of need. We pray for healing in his body, mind, and spirit, and for the restoration of his marriage and family if it be according to your will. Guide him to accept your will and to trust your will is perfect. In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke any evil spirits attacking his dreams and peace. Give him renewed energy and faith to continue walking with you. We ask for your will to be done in his life and the life of his family. We pray to remind him to call on the name of Jesus Christ.
We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
Be encouraged by these words from the Psalms: God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 (WEB) We encourage you to take refuge in God.
