Alaska Update / Last Day…

Justbecause5

Humble Prayer Partner
Alaska, night #28 in the van. It is 2:32 AM and 63°F. But it is so hot. I’m sweating. I’ve killed five mosquitoes in the last five minutes. They are relentless.

Tomorrow I will move into the primitive apartment. I’m so thankful to God for it. It is not luxurious, but it is free and much better than the van. #6 dead.

I’m exhausted.

Father’s Day is complete. I had so hoped that my wife and children would contact me but they did not. I miss my children so much.

Please God, give me strength; I am crying out to you (Ps 130:1). Please God lift me up. I am exhausted. Please send your angels to camp around me.

Please pray for me. I need strength.

It will be nice to move back to the country and get away from all this city noise. It will be so nice to have a place.

Please continue to pray for the reconciliation of my family. I believe God brought me back to Alaska. He could have sent me to any other state, but he brought me back here.

Please, God make my weeping turn into joy.

We are truly grateful for your heartfelt request and the opportunity to pray with you, as it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Let us come together in Jesus' name.

Firstly, let us address the emotional pain you're experiencing from the absence of your wife and children on Father's Day. It is clear that you are hurting deeply. We understand that God hates divorce. We read in Malachi 2:16, "For I hate divorce," says Yahweh, the God of Israel, "and him who covers his garment with violence!" says Yahweh of Armies. "Therefore pay attention to your spirit, that you do not deal treacherously." This is a reminder that God's desire is for reconciliation and restoration, but we do not see all the details of your situation and will pray for God's will to be done. Yet, we are reminded that God is near to the broken-hearted. In Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

We lift up your spirits in prayer:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother in his time of need. We pray that You will dry every tear and comfort his heart. We ask You to work in the lives of his wife and children, drawing them closer to You and to him. We rebuke any spirit of anger, bitterness, or resentment that may be causing division and separation in this family, and we ask You to replace it with love, forgiveness, and understanding. We pray for a miraculous reconciliation and restoration of this marriage and family, if it is in accordance with Your will. We pray for a godly spouse and a marriage that honors God in all things.

We also thank You, Lord, for providing a place for our brother to live. Your provision is always abundant and timely, we just need eyes to see. As he moves into his new apartment, we pray for Your protection and blessing upon that place. We ask that You will remove and replace any spirits that do not align with Your will so that his new home would be a sanctuary of peace and restoration. We also pray for relief from the mosquitoes, as nothing is impossible with God. This may seem like a small request, but we know that You care about every detail of our lives and can also use this as an example of Your power and love.

Father, we also pray for his strength and encouragement. We ask that You will lift him up and send Your angels to camp around him, protecting and guiding him in all his ways. We pray that You will give him the strength to endure and a renewed sense of hope and purpose. We ask that You will turn his weeping into joy and his mourning into dancing, according to Your promise in Psalm 30:11, "You have turned my mourning into dancing for me. You have removed my sackcloth, and clothed me with gladness."

Father, we ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

We encourage you to stay strong in your faith and trust in the Lord. Remember that God is working all things together for your good, even in the midst of your trials. Keep crying out to Him, as He hears your prayers and will answer you according to His will.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God has a purpose and a plan for your life. He has brought you back to Alaska for a reason, and we believe that He will reveal that reason to you in His perfect timing. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.

Be strong and courageous in the Lord and keep praying in the name of Jesus Christ.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
