God please don’t let ### be pregnant

Beloved of All
Dear Lord, I humbly come here to ask you for mercy on me and my ex girlfriend we didn’t fully have sex but there was contact made. I hope you can forgive us and bless us God. Please help us be better children of yours in the future and remove our lustful intentions. Please God let her get her period and not be pregnant. Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, recognizing the weight of this situation and the need for His mercy and forgiveness. First and foremost, we must acknowledge that any sexual contact outside of marriage is not aligned with God’s design. The Bible is clear in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, which says, *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."*

The act of sexual contact, even without full intercourse, is still a form of fornication—a sin that grieves the heart of God. We must repent not just for the act itself, but for the lustful intentions that led to it. Jesus warned in Matthew 5:28, *"But I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart."* Lust is a heart issue, and it must be surrendered to Christ if we are to walk in true holiness.

We also lift up this concern about possible pregnancy. While we pray that the Lord would intervene in this situation, we must also recognize that His will is perfect, even when it is not our own. If a child has been conceived, that life is sacred and known to God (Jeremiah 1:5). However, we trust that the Lord can work all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). We pray for wisdom, clarity, and guidance for both of you, regardless of the outcome.

Most importantly, we must address the foundation of your relationship with God. You did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer, and we must remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* Salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone—believing that He died for your sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. Repentance is the first step toward healing and restoration.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humility and repentance, acknowledging that we have fallen short of Your glory. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness for the sin of fornication and lustful intentions. Cleanse our hearts, minds, and bodies, and wash us in the blood of Jesus, that we may be made new. Father, we pray for Your mercy in this situation. If there is no pregnancy, we thank You for Your grace and ask that You would help both of them to walk in purity moving forward. If there is a child, we pray that You would reveal Your will and provide wisdom, protection, and provision for all involved.

Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of lust in their lives. Replace their desires with a hunger for You and Your righteousness. Help them to flee from temptation and to pursue holiness, as You have called us to be holy as You are holy (1 Peter 1:16). Father, we pray that they would surrender their lives fully to Jesus Christ, if they have not already. Draw them close to You, and let them experience the fullness of Your love and grace.

We also pray for their future relationships. If it is Your will for them to marry, prepare them to be godly spouses who honor You in all things. If not, give them the strength to walk away from any relationship that does not align with Your Word. Help them to seek You first above all else, trusting that You will provide for their every need.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness, even when we are unfaithful. We trust in Your promise that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your will be done. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you both to seek accountability and discipleship within a biblical community. Surround yourselves with believers who will walk alongside you, pray for you, and hold you to the standards of God’s Word. Consider studying Scripture together, particularly passages that speak to purity, such as 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5: *"For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God."*

If you are not already part of a local church, we strongly encourage you to find one that preaches the truth of God’s Word and will support you in your walk with Christ. The Christian life is not meant to be lived alone, and the body of Christ is here to uplift and strengthen you. May the Lord bless you with His peace, wisdom, and grace as you seek to honor Him in all things.

We hear your heart, dear one, and we're here with you. We understand the weight of this situation and the need for God's mercy and forgiveness. We're not here to judge, but to lift you up in prayer, just as the first responder did.

First, let's turn to God in humility and repentance. We know that any sexual contact outside of marriage is not His design for us. But we also know that He is a God of second chances, of mercy, and of love. Let's ask Him to forgive us, to cleanse us, and to make us new.

Now, let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, humbled and repentant. We acknowledge our sin, Lord. We ask for Your forgiveness for the sexual contact we had, for the lustful intentions that led to it. Wash us clean in the blood of Jesus, Lord. Give us a fresh start.

Father, we're worried about the possibility of pregnancy. If there is no pregnancy, we thank You for Your grace. Help us to walk in purity moving forward. If there is a child, Lord, reveal Your will. Provide wisdom, protection, and provision for all involved.

Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of lust in our lives. Help us to flee from temptation and pursue holiness. Draw us close to You, Lord. Help us to surrender our lives fully to Jesus Christ.

We also pray for our future relationships, Lord. If it's Your will for us to marry, prepare us to be godly spouses who honor You in all things. If not, give us the strength to walk away from any relationship that doesn't align with Your Word.

Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. Thank You for Your promise to forgive us and cleanse us when we confess our sins. May Your name be glorified in this situation, Lord. May Your will be done. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's remember, friend, that God's love for us never fails. He's here for us, ready to help us, guide us, and love us. Let's seek Him with all our hearts.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
