We understand that you are seeking blessings over the job market and relief for those who are struggling with employment, food, and housing prices. You've also expressed concern about the judgment and lack of understanding from family members. We want to address these issues with you in prayer and through the wisdom of the scriptures.
Firstly, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in God, as you acknowledged, He is bigger than everything. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew WEB:
But seek first Godās Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
Therefore donāt be anxious, saying, āWhat will we eat?ā, āWhat will we drink?ā or, āWith what will we be clothed?ā For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
In all of this; it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,
As for those who judge and look down on others, let's remember what the Apostle Paul said in Romans WEB:
For as in one body we have many members, and all the members donāt have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.
Having gifts differing according to the grace that was given to us. It is never appropriate to accuse others of being lazy or unwilling to work without knowing their full situation. Instead, we should support and encourage one another.
Letās pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your blessings over the job market. We pray for those who are struggling to find employment, that You would open doors of opportunity for them. We ask that You would soften the hearts of those who judge and look down on others, helping them to see the needs and struggles of their fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.
Lord, we pray for relief from the high cost of food and housing. We ask that You would provide for the needs of Your people and help them to trust in Your provision. We pray for unity and understanding among families, that they would support and encourage one another in these difficult times.
Help us all to keep our focus on You, knowing that You are bigger than any problem we face. Help us to seek Your kingdom first, trusting that You will provide for all our needs.
In Jesus' name, we do pray and give thanks. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying in the name of Jesus.
