god please bless me and anyone on here with a good with a good nights sleep.watch over us and fill our dreams with images of your goodness.take away the tension that could keep us from sleeping well and grant us peace of mind that you are also watching over our loved ones. may we relax and know that you are here to guard us. often we take the strains of daily life with us as we try to sleep.release us from worry, i pray, and let our minds and bodys rest easy in your love. in jesus name i pray amen
