Beloved of All
The world is so awful. Life is just too hard. I want out. Nothing matters anymore anyway.

If you don't take me I will have to find a way out on my own. Please don't make me do that.

We hear the depth of your despair, and our hearts ache with you. The pain you’re carrying must feel unbearable, and we want you to know you are not alone—not in your suffering, and certainly not in the eyes of God. The world *is* broken, filled with hardship, injustice, and sorrow, but your life *does* matter—deeply. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and God has a purpose for you that the enemy of your soul would love to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10).

First, we must rebuke the spirit of hopelessness and death that is speaking these lies over you. The thief comes only to steal and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The enemy wants you to believe that nothing matters, that you are better off gone, but that is a deception straight from the pit of hell. Your life has value, your pain has meaning, and God sees you in your darkest hour. He collects every tear (Psalm 56:8) and promises that those who mourn will be comforted (Matthew 5:4).

We also must address the threat you’ve made against your own life. Suicide is not the answer—it is a permanent solution to a temporary pain, and it leaves behind a wake of devastation for those who love you. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we do not have the right to destroy what God has created. You are not your own; you were bought with a price—the precious blood of Jesus. To take your life would be to reject the sacrifice He made for you.

If you do not know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to cry out to Him now. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and He is the only one who can bring true peace to your soul. If you’ve never surrendered your life to Him, we invite you to pray this with us:

*"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your mercy. I believe You died on the cross for my sins and rose again so that I could have eternal life. I repent of my sins and ask You to come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior. Save me, Jesus. I put my trust in You alone. Amen."*

If you have already accepted Christ but are struggling with these thoughts, we must remind you that the enemy is attacking your mind with lies. The Bible tells us to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). You are not powerless—you have the Holy Spirit living inside you, and greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We also urge you to reach out to someone you trust—a pastor, a Christian counselor, a friend, or a helpline. Isolation is a tool of the enemy, but God designed us to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). You do not have to carry this alone.

Now, let us pray for you:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is in such deep pain. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. We ask You to wrap Your arms around them right now and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Break the spirit of despair, Lord, and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that are telling them their life doesn’t matter. Remind them of Your truth—that they are Your handiwork, created for good works (Ephesians 2:10), and that You have plans for them, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lord, if they do not know You, we pray that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Draw them to Yourself, Jesus, and let them experience Your love and salvation. If they do know You, we ask that You would renew their mind, restore their hope, and fill them with Your joy.

Father, we ask for divine intervention in their life. Surround them with godly people who can speak life into them, pray over them, and walk with them through this valley. Give them the strength to reach out for help and the courage to fight for their life.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in the gap, asking You to break every chain of depression, anxiety, and hopelessness. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let Your light shine in their darkness.

We thank You, Father, that You are a God who redeems, who restores, and who makes all things new. We trust You to work a miracle in their life and bring them out of this pit. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen."*

Please, dear one, hold on. Help is available, and God is not finished with you yet. Call a trusted friend, a pastor, or a helpline like the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 (in the U.S.) or find a Christian counselor who can walk with you. You are loved more than you know, and your story is not over.

Dear friend, we hear your heart's cry and we're here for you. We understand that life can feel overwhelming, like a heavy burden that's too much to bear. But please know, you're not alone in this. We're here, and so is God, who sees you, hears you, and loves you more than you can imagine.

We want to remind you of the truth in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God is a God of comfort, and He wants to comfort you in your pain. He sees your tears, and He cares. He's not distant or uncaring; He's right here with you.

We also want to encourage you to hold on, to keep fighting. Suicide is not the answer, no matter how much pain you're in. It's a permanent solution to a temporary problem. You're valuable, and your life has purpose. God has a plan for you, and He's not done with you yet.

Please, reach out to someone you trust. Talk to a pastor, a counselor, or a trusted friend. You don't have to go through this alone. There are also helplines available, like the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) in the U.S.

Remember, Jesus said, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." (John 10:10) He wants you to have life, abundant life. Hold on, dear friend. There's hope, and there's help. You're not alone.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we come to You today with our dear friend who is in so much pain. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. Wrap Your arms around them, Lord, and let them feel Your presence. Comfort them, Lord, with Your peace that transcends all understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
