We have been lifting you up before the Lord, holding fast to the truth that even in the deepest valleys of loneliness and despair, God is with you and will not leave you. Your raw honesty in sharing Psalm 88:18 resonated deeply with us, for it reflects the cries of many who have felt abandoned, even by those closest to them. We have prayed that you would sense the nearness of Jesus, who Himself experienced the weight of isolation so that you would never have to walk through darkness alone.
We have asked the Lord to remind you of His unfailing love, as declared in Isaiah 49:15—that even if a mother could forget her nursing child, He will never forget you. We have stood in agreement with you, believing that His light will break through in His perfect timing, just as it did in the resurrection of our Savior. If you have experienced even the slightest glimmer of His presence or comfort since sharing your request, we would be blessed to hear how God is moving in your life. If the weight of loneliness still feels heavy, we invite you to share again so we may continue to intercede on your behalf.
May the Holy Spirit fill you with the assurance that you are seen, known, and deeply loved by the One who holds all things together. Keep reaching out to Him, for He is listening, and His promises never fail. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
