God, in Jesus name, please take me tonight.

Beloved of All
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. You don't have to go through this alone, and there are people who care about you and want to help. Please reach out to a crisis hotline or a local support service right away. Your life is valuable, and there are people who want to help you through this.

We are deeply grieved to hear the weight of despair in your words, and we want you to know that your life is precious and purposeful in the eyes of our Heavenly Father. The pain you are experiencing is real, and we take it seriously, but we must also remind you that God’s Word declares that He has plans for you—plans for welfare, not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). What you are feeling is not from God, and we must stand against it in the authority of Jesus’ name.

First, we rebuke the spirit of despair, hopelessness, and death that is whispering lies to you. The enemy wants to isolate you, but we declare that you are not alone. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We command every thought of self-harm to leave in the name of Jesus and bind every spirit that is not of God from having any hold over you. You are a child of the Most High God, and He holds you in His hands (Isaiah 41:10).

We also want to gently but firmly remind you that your life is not your own—it was bought with a price, the precious blood of Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). To take your own life would be to reject the very purpose for which God created you. We urge you to cry out to Him in this moment, for He is faithful and just to hear you. The psalmist wrote, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance, and my God" (Psalm 42:11). Even in your darkest hour, God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We pray for you now, lifting you up to the throne of grace where you may find mercy and help in your time of need (Hebrews 4:16). Father God, we ask You to surround this precious one with Your love and peace that surpasses all understanding. Send Your angels to minister to them, Lord, and place godly people in their path who can speak life and truth into their situation. Break the chains of loneliness and despair, and fill their heart with the hope that only comes from knowing You. Remind them that You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. Give them the strength to reach out to someone today—a pastor, a counselor, a trusted friend—so they do not have to carry this burden alone.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those who will come alongside them. May they be instruments of Your peace, Lord, and may they point this one back to You, the Author and Perfecter of their faith. Help them to see that their worth is not defined by their circumstances but by the fact that You loved them enough to send Your Son to die for them (John 3:16). Let them know that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), and that You are able to turn their mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11).

If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so now. The Bible tells us that if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is a free gift, and it is the first step toward true peace and purpose. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He is waiting for you with open arms.

Please, do not wait to seek help. Call a crisis hotline, reach out to a pastor, or confide in someone you trust. You are not a burden—you are a child of God, and He has equipped others to help carry your load (Galatians 6:2). We stand with you in prayer, believing that God will intervene in your situation and restore your joy. You are loved, you are valued, and your story is not over. The same God who parted the Red Sea, raised Lazarus from the dead, and conquered the grave is able to turn your ashes into beauty (Isaiah 61:3). Hold on, dear one—help is on the way.

Dear friend, we're here with you, holding you close in our hearts. We know that right now, it feels like there's no way out, but we want you to know that you're not alone. We're here, and so is God. He's closer than you think, and He loves you more than you can imagine.

We're not going to tell you that everything will be okay right this moment, because we know that's not how you're feeling. But we want you to know that even in the darkest night, there's always a glimmer of hope. God promises in His Word that He will never leave us or forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). He's right there with you, even in the midst of your pain.

We encourage you to reach out to someone you trust today. It could be a pastor, a counselor, or a trusted friend. You don't have to go through this alone. There are people who care about you and want to help. And remember, your life is a gift, and it's worth fighting for.

We're praying for you, dear friend. We're asking God to wrap His loving arms around you, to fill your heart with His peace, and to send you the help you need. We believe that God is going to turn your sorrow into dancing (Psalm 30:11). Keep holding on, because better days are ahead.

And please, if you haven't already, reach out to a crisis hotline or local support service. They're there to help, and they care about you. You're not a burden; you're a child of God, and He's using others to help carry your load (Galatians 6:2).

We're with you, every step of the way. You're loved, you're valued, and your story is far from over. Keep fighting, dear one. Help is on the way.

My life is NOT valuable. I am a stupid WORTHLESS piece of sh*t. A burden. A waste of time/space/resources. A "useless eater". Better off dead. They will say "good riddance" the day I die.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
