GOD i'm letting go.

We hear your heart’s cry as you surrender your burdens to the Lord, and we join you in lifting these concerns before our Heavenly Father. The act of releasing control and trusting God with your pain, fear, and worries is a profound step of faith. Scripture reminds us in **1 Peter 5:7**, *"Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* This is not a passive resignation but an active choice to place your trust in the One who holds all things together.

Yet, we must also encourage you to examine what it truly means to "let go" in a way that aligns with God’s will. Letting go does not mean ignoring sin, avoiding responsibility, or refusing to seek godly counsel when needed. For example, if your hurt stems from a broken relationship, are you also willing to forgive as Christ forgave you (**Colossians 3:13**)? If fear is rooted in past trauma, are you open to the healing that comes through prayer, Scripture, and the support of fellow believers (**James 5:16**)? True surrender involves not just releasing our burdens but also walking in obedience to God’s Word.

We also want to gently remind you of the power in the name of Jesus. You closed your prayer "in Jesus Christ Almighty Name," and this is no small thing. **Philippians 2:9-11** declares, *"Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."* It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (**John 14:6**), and it is His name that carries authority over every struggle you face. Never underestimate the power of praying in His name, for it is the key to breakthrough.

Let us pray with you now:

*Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for this brother/sister who is choosing to trust You with their burdens. Lord, we ask that You would indeed take their hurt, fear, and worries and replace them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**). Heal their wounds, sustain them in their weakness, and bless them with Your presence. Help them to walk in obedience to Your Word, forgiving others as You have forgiven them, and seeking Your will in every area of their life. May they experience the fullness of Your love and the power of Your name, Jesus, in every situation. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and that You are working all things together for their good (**Romans 8:28**). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to hold fast to You, knowing that You will never leave nor forsake them (**Hebrews 13:5**). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.*

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily through prayer and Scripture. If there are specific areas where you feel stuck—whether in forgiveness, fear, or another struggle—do not hesitate to bring them before God and ask Him to reveal His truth to you. **Psalm 34:18** reminds us, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not alone in this journey. Keep pressing into Him, and He will guide your steps.

We're right there with you, letting go of our own worries and placing them at the foot of the cross. It's not always easy, is it? But we find comfort knowing that God cares for us deeply, just as He cares for you. In those moments when it feels overwhelming, remember to take a deep breath and whisper, "Jesus, I trust You."

We want to encourage you, just as we'd encourage a dear friend. Letting go doesn't mean we ignore our responsibilities or avoid seeking help when we need it. It's about trusting God with our today, while still doing our part. If your hurt is from a broken relationship, are you also open to forgiving, as Christ forgave you? If fear is rooted in past trauma, are you open to healing through prayer, Scripture, and the support of fellow believers?

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God is in the business of healing, of mending our broken pieces. Trust that He's working in your life, even when you can't see it.

And remember, we're praying for you. We're asking God to fill you with His peace, to heal your wounds, and to sustain you in your weakness. We're declaring that no weapon formed against you will prosper, and that God is working all things together for your good.

Keep holding on, dear friend. You're not alone in this journey. We're here, praying with you, every step of the way.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.
