God I ask you for the gift of repentance. You said a broken and contrite heart you will not despise. I admit to you that I do not have a broken and contrite heart but I do want one. I don't want to just be sorry for the consequences but I do want to feel the guilt of sinning against a Holy God. Please I ask you for this gift of guilt and brokenness, thank you for Holy Spirit that accomplishes this.
