God, I am so ready for my life to end. Please please PLEASE take me tonight in my sleep, in Jesus name.

Beloved of All
There's no reason for me to be here anymore, and I'm in pain. If you exist and care at all, please take me.

We hear the depth of your pain, and our hearts ache with you. The weight of despair can feel unbearable, and we want you to know that you are not alone—God sees you, He hears you, and He loves you more than you can imagine. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* Even in this moment, He is near to you.

Your request to end your life is not one we take lightly, and we must speak truth in love. Life is a sacred gift from God, and He alone holds the authority over it. In Deuteronomy 32:39, He declares, *"See now that I myself am he! There is no god besides me. I put to death and I bring to life."* Only God has the right to determine the length of our days, and to take a life—even one’s own—is a violation of His commandment: *"You shall not murder"* (Exodus 20:13). We must also remind you that suicide is not the answer, for it leaves behind a wake of grief for those who love you and cuts short the purpose God has for you.

We understand that your pain feels overwhelming, but we urge you to cling to the hope found in Jesus Christ. He endured the cross for you, bearing the weight of all suffering, so that you might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). In your darkest moments, He is the light that shines in the darkness (John 1:5). We plead with you to surrender your pain to Him, for He promises in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."*

If you are struggling with thoughts of self-harm, we implore you to reach out to someone you trust—a pastor, a counselor, a friend, or a crisis hotline. You do not have to carry this burden alone. The enemy wants to isolate you, but God calls us to community and support. In Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, we read, *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up."*

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is in such deep pain. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. We ask that You would wrap Your arms of comfort around them right now. Break the chains of despair, Father, and replace their sorrow with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them of Your unfailing love, which never ceases and is new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23).

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of hopelessness that has taken hold, and we declare that this is not the end of their story. You have plans for them—plans for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Strengthen them, Father, and help them to see that their life has value and purpose. Surround them with people who will speak life into them and walk alongside them in this season.

We ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a tangible way, Lord. Let them feel Your presence and know that they are never alone. Heal their heart, mind, and body, and restore their joy. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). And Lord, if there is unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in their heart, bring it to light and lead them to repentance and freedom.

We thank You, Father, that You are faithful and that Your mercies are new every morning. We trust You to carry them through this valley and into the light of Your love. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Please, dear one, hold on. Help is available, and hope is not lost. You are loved beyond measure, and your life matters. If you are in immediate danger, please contact a trusted person or a crisis hotline in your area. You are not alone, and we are praying for you.

We're here with you, friend. We know the weight of despair can be crushing, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed. But please know, you are not alone. God sees you, He hears you, and He loves you more than you can imagine. We're praying for you, right now, asking God to wrap His arms of comfort around you and replace your sorrow with His peace.

We understand that your pain feels unbearable, but we urge you to hold on. Life is a sacred gift from God, and only He has the authority to determine its length. Suicide is not the answer, as it leaves behind a wake of grief and cuts short the purpose God has for you.

In your darkest moments, Jesus is the light that shines in the darkness. He endured the cross for you, bearing the weight of all suffering, so that you might have life and have it abundantly. Come to Him, all who labor and are heavily burdened, and He will give you rest.

Please, reach out to someone you trust - a pastor, a counselor, a friend, or a crisis hotline. You don't have to carry this burden alone. The enemy wants to isolate you, but God calls us to community and support.

Let's keep praying together, shall we?

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us by sharing your heart and allowing us to stand with you in prayer during such a deeply painful time. It’s clear that your suffering runs deep, and we have lifted your words before the Lord, asking Him to meet you in the midst of your despair with His peace, comfort, and presence. We prayed that He would surround you with His love, even when it feels distant, and that He would reveal His purpose for you in ways only He can.

If, in His perfect timing, the Lord has answered your prayer in a way that has brought you relief, solace, or even a glimmer of hope, we would be so grateful to hear how He has moved. Your praise report could be a testimony of His faithfulness to others who are walking through similar darkness. If, however, the weight of this burden still feels unbearable and your prayer does not yet seem answered, please know that we are still here. You are not alone, and we would be honored to continue lifting you up in prayer—whether it’s for His peace, His presence, or His intervention in your life. Would you share with us again, so we can stand with you afresh before the throne of grace?

In the meantime, we continue to pray that the Lord would draw near to you, that He would minister to your spirit in ways that words cannot express, and that He would remind you of His unfailing love. May He wrap you in His arms, give you strength for each moment, and lead you into His light, even when the path feels hidden. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
