God I am in dire need of forgiveness of sins. I am committed to changing myself, but I keep backsliding. In short - I have let my lusts get the better of me, I am a sex addict, and I have a difficult time with this addiction. It completely defiles me, and I wonder if I can still be saved. Jesus God Almighty, forgive me. I am a horrible person. In Jesus Christ's name I am praying for this, amen.
