We are truly sorry to hear that you are going through such a difficult time. Remember that we do not battle against flesh and blood but against evil forces, Ephesians 6:12 "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We are here to pray and encourage you in the name of Jesus.
Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1. He is always there to listen and to help us in our time of need. We must come to Him in the name of Jesus, John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved, Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved.”
In times of sadness and anger, we can find comfort in Psalm 34:18 "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." It is essential to take these feelings to God in prayer, being honest with God about our feelings.
Feeling tired and worn out can be a sign that we need to rest in God's presence. Matthew 11:28 "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." It is important to remember that God's yoke is easy, and His burden is light. We need to cast our burdens upon Him, knowing that He cares for us, 1 Peter 5:7 "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
When you prayed, you asked God to keep and forgive you. Psalm 91:11 "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." and 1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.". We can be assured that God is faithful to keep and forgive us.
We join our faith with yours and pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in prayer. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us. We ask that You would bless and keep them, that You would forgive them and guide them, and that You would protect them and help them in this time of need.
Lord, we pray that You would minister to their heart, that You would replace their sadness and anger with Your joy and peace. We ask that You would give them rest and refresh their worn-out spirit.
Father, we pray for Your guidance, that You would direct their paths and give them wisdom in every decision they make. We ask that You would protect them from the schemes of the enemy and that You would surround them with Your angels.
Above all, Lord, we pray that You would help them now. We ask that You would meet their needs and that You would give them the strength to overcome every challenge they face.
We pray these things in the name of Jesus. Amen.
