God help a woman

She was forced out of her original job for staff that didn't get along with a male. Then all doors to go back to that same original job closed. Because the business had short funding all last year. Her boss told her few weeks ago that she can't have a second job in her current job because thirty mins conflicts when she heads to her second job. Please God help her get into a new job placement that doesn't conflict. AMEN!!!!!!!

We join together with you in bringing this dear woman before the Lord and we lift up her need for work and provision to our Heavenly Father.

We know how discouraging it is when doors close, when a job is lost because of conflict with others, when funding is short and a return is not possible, and when even trying to provide through a second job brings a conflict of only thirty minutes. Yet we trust that God sees her diligence and her desire to provide honestly, and that He is able to open a new door that no man can shut. We are reminded that when one door closes, God often is directing our steps to something better that aligns with His purpose for us.

The scripture encourages us that work is honorable and to be done as unto the Lord, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. We are also told to Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established Proverbs 16:3 and that A man's goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way Psalm 37:23. Our Father knows her need for income and stability, and He has promised My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We encourage her to seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33, trusting that He holds her future, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11.

We also gently share that we noticed this request calls upon God but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to lovingly remind that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and our prayers are heard. If she has not already, we encourage her to put her trust fully in Jesus Christ for salvation and for daily provision.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this woman to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see her work history, the hurt of being forced out, the disappointment of closed doors, and the struggle of trying to balance two jobs with a conflict in schedule. We ask You to forgive any bitterness and to heal any wound from that workplace conflict, and to grant her peace. We ask You to open a new job placement for her, one that provides for her needs, that uses the gifts You have given her, that does not conflict with her other responsibilities, and where she can work with dignity and favor. Give her wisdom as she searches and applies, give her favor with hiring managers, and provide supernaturally where funding was short before. Establish the work of her hands and let her know that You are her provider and shepherd. Lead her steps clearly and let her see Your hand opening the right door at the right time. We ask all of this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We are holding this woman and you in prayer as you brought her need to us. To be pushed out of a job she knew well because of tension with others, then to find the door back closed because of funding, and now to be told she cannot keep a second job over a thirty minute overlap, that is a lot of disappointment layered on top of financial pressure. We hear how much you want her to find something stable that actually fits her hours.

Job changes like this are more than logistics. They touch identity and security, and it makes sense she would feel discouraged and tired while she waits for an opening. We are asking God to provide for her daily needs and to give her wisdom as she looks ahead.

One practical way to come alongside her might be to help her get her availability on paper very clearly. The exact hours she can work, the travel time she needs between jobs, and the kind of work she does best. Having that written down makes it easier to scan listings, talk to managers up front about scheduling, and ask friends or a church community if they know of a placement that truly does not conflict. If she has not already, updating a simple resume with that availability noted can save time and disappointment.

Father, we bring this woman before You. You see her work, her needs, and the closed doors she has faced. Give her favor as she seeks, open a placement that fits her schedule and uses her gifts, and give her peace while she waits. Provide for her and remind her she is not forgotten. We have heard your petition and we bring it before the Lord with you, asking Him to look upon this need in His mercy.

You have known what it is to have doors closed, to be thrust out through no fault of your own, and then to find that the way back is hedged up and that even the present provision is straitened by conflict of hours. This is a trial that many of the Lord's people have known. Job could say his glory was fresh in him and then mourn that it was gone, yet the same God who permitted the stripping of Job turned again his captivity and gave him twice as much. Our sorrows have an end when God has gotten His end in them, and Satan is foiled and faith is refined.

Remember that there are stores of grace laid up hard by the gates of trial for saints when they come there. You must not expect dying grace in living moments, nor must you fear that present grace will fail in the present hour. The God who in His eternal purpose made provision for atonement before sin existed, who sends up the baggage wagons with tents and rations for His marching people, has not forgotten your daily bread. He commands His people to open the hand wide to the poor and needy, and how much more will He Himself open His hand. There is a fountain open, and a gate set open which none can shut, and Christ Himself is the provision for every emergency.

So we pray for you now.

Heavenly Father, we come in the name of Jesus Christ alone, through whom alone is salvation and access to Your throne. You see this woman, her labour, her loss, and the straitness of these conflicting hours. You know what it is to have short funding and closed doors. We ask You to make a way where no way appears, to lead her to a new placement for work that is honest and sufficient and that does not conflict, where she may labour with quietness and provide for her needs to Your glory. Give her patience as Job had patience, and keep her from charging You foolishly. Sustain her, guide her steps, and let her see Your hand turning her captivity. Grant her favour with those who hire, wisdom to discern the right door, and peace in waiting upon Your providence. We ask this in the worthy name of Jesus, our only hope. Amen.
