We hear your deep desire for protection, peace, and unity among your family, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are covered and protected. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His authority that we pray.

Father God, we come before You with this urgent plea for Your divine intervention. We ask that You would indeed place a hedge of protection around this family, shielding them from any negative influences, harmful intentions, or ungodly connections. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of division, strife, and confusion that may seek to disrupt their relationships. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind every force that does not align with Your will for their lives.

We pray specifically against any individuals or situations that may seek to draw this family away from one another or create distance between them. Lord, we ask that You would create a blockage on the paths of those who do not have their best interests at heart. Let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7), and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We declare that any dreams, thoughts, or visions that do not align with Your purpose for this family be erased and replaced with Your truth and love.

Father, we also lift up the relationships within this family. We ask that You would knit their hearts together in unity, love, and understanding. Let them see one another through Your eyes, with patience, kindness, and grace. Help them to communicate openly and honestly, to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and to always seek reconciliation and peace. May their bond grow stronger each day, rooted in Your love and guided by Your Holy Spirit.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of weariness, frustration, or misunderstanding that may try to creep into their relationships. We declare that they will not grow tired of one another but will continually find joy, encouragement, and fulfillment in their family connections. Let their thoughts toward one another always be pure, uplifting, and filled with Your love. May they always choose to extend grace, forgiveness, and compassion, just as You have extended these to us.

We also pray against any lingering effects of past hurts, misunderstandings, or negative experiences that may be affecting their relationships. Lord, we ask that You would heal any wounds and restore what has been broken. Let Your peace reign in their hearts, and let them walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already won for them.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would fill their lives with Your presence. Let them experience Your joy, Your peace, and Your love in abundance. May they always turn to You in times of need, leaning on Your strength and wisdom. We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no evil shall come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We thank You for Your faithfulness, Your protection, and Your unfailing love.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We hear the ache beneath your words, the deep desire to keep your closest relationships safe and unbroken, and to have anything that threatens that simply vanish. That longing for permanent harmony and perfect understanding with the people you love is something we understand well. Life feels so much steadier when the bonds that matter most are strong and when those who might bring trouble are kept at a distance.

At the same time, we’ve noticed that when fear drives our prayers toward trying to control every future moment, dream, or person, it can leave our hearts even more unsettled. We don’t need to see every potential threat coming; we simply need to know the One who already holds all our days. Right now, the most solid ground isn’t in getting every outcome exactly right, but in letting your own heart rest in God’s faithful presence.

We’d encourage you to bring these specific fears and the people you’ve named to God day by day, then consciously release the weight of making them flee or arranging every future scenario. It’s okay to ask for protection while also asking for the kind of peace that settles deeper than perfect circumstances. Perhaps you could talk with a trusted pastor or a wise friend who can help you sort through whether any of these concerns point to real boundaries you need to set, or whether anxiety itself is amplifying the sense of threat.

Would you let us pray with you along those lines?

Lord Jesus, you see this dear person’s heart and the relationships they treasure. Surround them and their relatives with your guarding care. In the places where real harm is intended, we ask for your intervention. Quiet the fearful thoughts and troubling dreams that stir up distress. Grant wisdom to know when to step back and when to draw close. Most of all, replace the frantic need for perfect control with the calm of your presence. Anchor them in your love, so that even when human understanding falls short, your peace holds everything together. In your strong name, Amen.

You cry out for deliverance from certain persons, pleading that the Lord would set a great distance between them and your household, and that He would so hedge your path that they might never trouble you again. I hear in your words a heart sorely vexed and a spirit longing for peace. Yet I must ask, are these enemies indeed such as seek your soul’s hurt, or have you, perhaps, let fear magnify their shadow until it blots out the sun? The Lord’s deliverance is not only from men, but from the tyranny of our own suspicions and dread. I would have you prove your own heart, for the Scripture saith, “If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.” It is a poor victory that is bought by the flight of an adversary; the nobler conquest is when a foe is turned into a friend by the power of love.

Consider well: the Lord hath said, “Deliver him from going down to the Pit: I have found a ransom.” That ransom is the blood of Christ, and the deliverance He gives reaches deeper than the removal of outward trouble. You ask that these persons be made to flee, but I would bid you pray rather that they be saved, that the grace of God might arrest them and make them brethren in truth. To call down fire from heaven upon them, as though you were an Elijah, is not the spirit of the New Testament. The Master rebuked His disciples for such a thought, saying, “Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.” Overcome evil with good, that is the God-like way. If their presence is a trial, commit the matter to the One who saith, “Vengeance is Mine; I will repay.” He is the Refiner who sits at the door of the furnace; not a coal of your own kindling, but the holy flame of His providence, will purge away the dross without consuming the silver.

As for the unity you desire among your kindred, sweet it is, and to be pursued. But true unity is not forged by banishing every shadow of disagreement or by forcing all to see eye to eye by natural means. The unity of the Spirit is kept only in the bond of peace, and that bond is woven by the Spirit of God in hearts that bow to Christ alone. You speak of perfect understanding and perpetual harmony; these are fruits of that heavenly love which beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things. If your relatives be in Christ, then press after the unity which the Holy Ghost giveth; if they be not, then your first labour is to bring them to the Cross, not to extort a carnal union that lacks the cement of grace. Dreams, visions, and wicked thoughts, these things belong to the realm over which you have no direct command. But you may set your mind on things above, and the peace of God shall garrison your heart against such tormenting fears.

I caution you: a prayer that asks for the destruction or perpetual banishment of souls for whom Christ died may spring more from wounded pride than from righteous zeal. Search the Scriptures, and you will find that the sweet Psalmist of Israel, when hunted like a partridge on the mountains, yet cried, “Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt”, but he left their judgment with God. He did not take the sword himself. And when he met his pursuer in the cave, he would not lift his hand against the Lord’s anointed. So, my friend, keep your own spirit from the poison of resentment. The Lord hath been gracious unto you; He hath said, “Deliver him from going down to the Pit.” Be you therefore merciful, even as your Father is merciful. Commit your way unto Him, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. The wicked flee when no man pursueth, but the righteous are bold as a lion. If your cause be just, He will make your righteousness shine forth as the light, and your just dealing as the noonday.

I bid you fast not only from bread, but from anxious care and from nursing hurtful memories. Let your fast be a true humbling of the soul before God, that you might be delivered from the power of darkness, that inward darkness which breeds suspicion, fear, and an unforgiving spirit. Then, whether these persons come near or stand far off, you shall be kept in perfect peace, because your mind is stayed on Jehovah. May the Lord Himself grant you deliverance, not only from the noises of the archers without, but from the restless clamour of your own heart, and bring you into that broad place where you shall declare the works of the Lord with gladness.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

I hear your cry for protection and peace for your household. It is good to flee to God in trouble, to cast every care upon Him who cares for you. Yet, in your prayer, I perceive a snare. You ask for a barrier and distance from certain souls, and your words burn with a desire for their removal, even that they might catch fire. Remember what is written: "Flee from sin, as from the face of a serpent." The serpent whispers thoughts of vengeance and bitterness; do not let him bite you. To pray for the destruction of those who trouble you is not to imitate Him who prayed for His murderers, "Father, forgive them." You desire your own circle of peace and perfect understanding. This is a noble longing, but true peace is not built by wishing harm upon others or commanding God to erase them from your path. The distance between heaven and earth is not measured by miles but by the soul's disposition. If you nurse wrath, you are far from the heavenly city, even while calling on Jesus' name.

The enemies of our soul are not merely flesh and blood but the spiritual forces that seek to sow discord, fear, and malice. When you ask God to put a blockage, recall that our Lord Jesus sat down at the right hand of God, waiting until His enemies are put under His feet. This victory is His to accomplish, not yours to dictate through imprecations. Your task is to make yourself a friend of God. And how do we become His friends? The Lord tells us plainly: "You are My friends if you do what I say to you." What does He command? To love our enemies, to bless those who curse us, to do good to those who hate us. He does not need us to defend Him or our own comfort with fire from heaven. He endured the lion's mouth for our sake, that we might be delivered from every evil work, especially the evil work of a spiteful heart.

You worry about bad dreams and future moments, seeking to delete them. But what of the present moment of your own soul? Do you not see that to demand understanding and perfect harmony forever, while casting others into fire, is to build on sand? The one who is lifted up with pride and anger falls into the very jaws of the devil. The true deliverance is not from troublesome people, but from the sin within that makes us like them. The serpent creeps along the ground; he cannot rise high unless we stoop. If you let bitterness rule you, you are giving him a desert place to attack you, unarmed.

Therefore, reframe your prayer. Ask God to deliver you from the evil work of resentment. Pray that His peace may fill your home, not by the destruction of others, but by the transformation of your own heart. Trust that God can handle the wicked far better than you. He may allow them to remain as a test of your faith, or He may grant you quiet; but in all things, seek to bear the image of the heavenly man. Do not ask that others flee from you in fear, but that you may flee from sin yourself. When you stand firm in meekness and prayer, no enemy can truly harm your soul. Let your relatives see in you a pattern of godly love, not a fortress under siege. Glorify God by your patience, and He will be your shield. It is no small thing to have His friendship; do not cast it away for a momentary triumph over flesh and blood. Strive in prayer not that they fall, but that you and all may come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved. That is the victory that reaches forever. Amen.

You have cried out for protection, for distance between you and those who would bring trouble, and for a deep, lasting bond of peace and understanding with your loved ones. That longing for safety and harmony is something God understands more deeply than you know. But real, unshakable peace does not begin by forcing every enemy to flee the way we imagine. It begins in the heart that is anchored to Jesus Christ, no matter what storms rage outside.

There is a war inside every one of us. With our minds we long to serve God’s law of love, yet we find another power in our bodies pulling us toward fear, bitterness, and sleepless nights replaying every threat. That battle can exhaust you. But listen: there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. He has already broken the grip of sin and death. When you belong to Him, your mind can be set on the Spirit rather than on the flesh. A mind fixed on the flesh churns out death and dread, but a mind set on the Spirit produces life and peace.

You are asking God to remove bad dreams and bad moments. He cares about what occupies your thoughts. The fruit your mind produces comes from whatever seeds you allow to drop there. So instead of meditating on the fear of what others might do, turn your thoughts deliberately toward God’s promises. As you keep your mind stayed on Him, He keeps you in perfect peace. That is a peace the enemy cannot steal, because it is rooted in your relationship with the Prince of Peace.

Some voices around us cry “peace, peace” when there is no true peace, because they ignore the reality of spiritual danger. But Christ never offered a shallow peace. He faced the enemy head-on and disarmed him. Through the gospel, He has made it possible for you to have peace with God. Once that vertical peace is settled, you can start to live as a peacemaker among your relatives. The wise way from above is peaceable, gentle, and full of good fruit. When you sow peace in your home, you will reap a harvest of righteousness.

The desire to see your family united, understanding one another and never looking at each other strangely, is a good desire. But that kind of love is a fruit of the Spirit, not something you can force by constantly worrying over it. When the Spirit of God dwells in you, He grows love, joy, patience, and kindness. He can mend broken perspectives and soften hard edges in His time. Your part is to walk in love, to forgive, and to cover one another’s weaknesses, just as Christ loved the church and gave Himself for her.

In this broken world, there will be those who mean harm. The enemy does scheme, and the sword of fear is real. But you have been given armor that is not of this world. The gospel of peace is like shoes that steady your feet so you do not stumble when you walk through dark valleys. Faith becomes a shield to quench every fiery dart of panic. And the Word of God is both your defense and the weapon that tears down spiritual strongholds. You do not have to battle in your own strength. You stand in the finished victory of Jesus.

Do not let your heart be pulled into the trap of trying to control every outcome or to demand that God operate like a distant bodyguard. He has adopted you as a son or a daughter, not through your efforts but through His grace. That loving relationship is meant to liberate you from fear. When you know that you are His and that nothing can snatch you from His hand, you can rest. You can pray boldly, yet leave the results in His justice and His timing.

So, yes, pray for protection. Ask God to root out any scheme that aligns with darkness. But then fill your mind with His truth rather than replaying what you want to flee. Trust that His angels are on the walls, that His Spirit within you is greater than any evil. Walk in the newness of life He has given, and let His peace rule in your heart. You are not at war with God; you are His beloved. Let that reality shape every relationship and every thought.
