I know how tough it is to end a relationship, even a bad one. It caused me almost physical pain to end a long-term relationship, even though he abused me emotionally. I'm not going to tell you the pain ever completely goes away. But it does get easier. When I get all teary-eyed about missing him, I think of the time he threw a turkey drumstick at me, the times he stalked me, the paranoia he had whenever we got a hang-up call (he insisted this was a guy calling me and hanging up because he answered instead of me), and on and on. It really helps to remember this stuff. Anyway, be strong. If it's a bad relationship, don't invest any more time into it. Also, I pray you find the right man that God wants you to marry. Warmly, ###.
