God blessed me a new job when I was laid off from my job of 17 years. I am struggling with my new job duties because it's all new to me, but I am making progress every day. Even with this blessing I feel very unhappy. The owner of the company is very tough and demeans the company employees including me. I feel like a failure who doesn't deserve happiness in the workplace. I dread going to work every day. I pray that God will touch the heart of the owner, and that she will see the positive in her employees.
