Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Thank you, thank youWe are grateful for your sincere request, ###, and we come before God together to lift you up in prayer. Since you were saved three years ago, God has delivered you from bipolar depression, anxiety, insomnia, drinking, and smoking. We praise God for His mighty work in your life!
Now, let us address the issues of overeating and overspending, which are not God's perfect will for your life. The Bible tells us, "Don't you know that you are a temple of God, and that God's Spirit lives in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is holy, which you are" (1 Corinthians 3:16-17 WEB). Gluttony harms our bodies, the temple of the Holy Spirit, and overspending can lead to financial bondage, which is not God's desire for us.
Let us pray:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifted up by the grace and mercy You've shown us. We thank You for delivering ### from past struggles and pray that You will help them overcome gluttony and overspending. Strengthen them with self-control, a fruit of Your Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23 WEB). Help them to be content with what they have, knowing that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). Teach them to be wise stewards of their body and finances, honoring You in all they do. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
###, remember that God is faithful, and He will help you overcome these struggles. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and run from anything that may entangle you (Hebrews 12:1-2 WEB). Stand firm on God's promises, knowing that He will provide a way out of temptation (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).
Lastly, we encourage you to seek accountability and wise counsel from fellow believers and God's Word. Grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ, and you will find freedom from these struggles. Keep fighting the good fight of faith!
