We rejoice with you and give glory to His name for this March for Jesus taking place in the location you mentioned in September, and we join you in asking for a mighty move of God across that country and the entire continent.
We praise God that you have lifted up the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. As Scripture says, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and God highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father Philippians 2:9-11.
We pray together for breakthrough and for the sustainable magnification of Christ.
Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we thank You for the boldness of Your people to publicly proclaim Your Son. We ask that You be glorified in this March for Jesus, that the streets would be filled with worship, unity, and the clear proclamation of the gospel. Let this not be a single event but a seed that brings lasting fruit, that churches would be strengthened, the lost would be drawn to salvation, and disciples would be made. We pray for breakthrough over the nation and over the continent, that every stronghold would be torn down and that hearts hardened by sin, tradition, or darkness would be softened by Your Holy Spirit. We pray for protection over every participant, for favor with the authorities, for good weather and for peace, and that Your name would be lifted high without hindrance. Let Your glory be declared among the nations and Your marvelous works among all the peoples Psalm 96:3, and let the earth be filled with the knowledge of Your glory, as the waters cover the sea Habakkuk 2:14.
We are encouraged by Your promise that if Your people, who are called by Your name, will humble themselves, pray, seek Your face, and turn from their wicked ways, then You will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land 2 Chronicles 7:14. We ask for such humbling and seeking in this hour. We pray that those who march would be as a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden, letting their light shine before men, that they may see their good works and glorify our Father who is in heaven Matthew 5:14-16. We pray that many would hear the good news, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and be saved, for blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh Psalm 33:12.
We ask You to raise up laborers to follow up, to disciple, and to plant and strengthen local churches so that the testimony of Jesus remains and grows long after September has passed. Let revival fire spread from this gathering to villages, cities, and across borders. We trust You for great things, and we ask all of this according to Your will and for Your glory, in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.
