Giving up a bad habit

Heavenly father, please forgive me for all my sins. Father I started the bad habit of smoking again when my dad was admitted into the hospital last month. I hate this terrible disgusting habit. I end it today. Lord I five this smoking to you. I have been hiding this habit from others. Lord keep me strong willed in this matter. I humble myself before you Lord. I ask for strength in this matter. Keep me strong Lord. I give this nasty habit to you. May I rely on your words, and not this nasty habit. ThNk you Jesus. In Jesus name. Amen

Lord, I pray for the forgiveness of Heidi's sins. Lord, I pray she will overcome her smoking habit. Lord, I pray for you to give her strength. I pray for her father's good health. I pray for Heidi's good health. Lord, may she continue to have faith in you always, in Jesus Name Amen.

Father, I thank you for the grace to overcome all lesser pleasures for that of the river of your delight (Psalm 36:8). In Jesus' Name take away the cravings, but let her in on more of the best thing (Luke 10:42). Thank you that you give grace to the humble (1 Peter 5:5). Thank you that I was freed from smoking, and a hundred things worse by confessing my shortcomings and receiving prayer from others (James 5:16-20). Amen.

Lord, when we are weak, you make us strong. I stand with my sister, Heidi, today. I pray you take away the desire for smoking. I thank you for this beautiful warrior, so caring and kind, so loving and concerned. She needs your mighty hand today, Lord. Reach out and touch her and draw her close to your bosom. Help her to overcome and be victorious. We thank you and praise you. Amen

Father, I pray You would honor Heidi's desire to honor the temple which You have given her. Grant her unlimited strength to resist the temptation of smoking, and boundless faith to know this battle is won. You are her Sustainer, and I pray Your great mercy and blessing over her as she battles this addiction. Allow her to lose all desire for this habit by Your grace. In Jesus' name, walk with her to victory. Amen.

Bless Heidi with the strength to make good choices for her health. Let her feel good, strong and healthy.....Give her the motivation to want to give up any and all bad habits....AMEN

Lord, In the name of Jesus I thank you, I plead the blood of Jesus against the very root of that desire for nicotine. I curse it from the root and render it powerless and impotent against this person. Thank you in advance. Amen

when I began to crave a cigarette, i told myself that I didn't need ANYTHING as much as I need God, then I asked God to help me through the craving, and suddenly it was gone. AMEN
