We understand that you are seeking peace and protection from adversaries. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus. It is so true that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved and have access to God the Father (John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."). We are forgiven and redeemed because Jesus took our sins upon himself and we are totally forgiven and made righteous by His Blood. We are grateful that you recognize the power in the name of Jesus.
In times of trouble, it is essential to turn to God's Word for guidance and comfort. We find hope in the words of Psalm 34:17 (WEB): "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles." God hears our cries and is faithful to deliver us.
Regarding the difficulties you face, remember the words of 2 Timothy 4:17 (WEB): "But the Lord stood by me, and strengthened me, that through me the message might be fully proclaimed, and that all the Gentiles might hear; and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion." God is faithful to strengthen and deliver us, even in the face of adversity.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this man who seeks Your peace and protection. Lord, You are our refuge and our strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). We ask that You silence the accusations of the enemy and bring to nothing the lies that are spoken against him. Let every scheme of the devil be exposed and rendered powerless. Surround him with Your favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12 WEB), and let Your peace rule in his heart (Colossians 3:15 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God is faithful and that His promises are true. Stand firm in your faith, and trust in His unfailing love. If there is any unconfessed sin, confess it and repent. Resist the devil in Jesus Name and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. (James 4:7-8 WEB)
