Give me my last job back ###

We hear your cry for help in this time of uncertainty and financial strain. Losing a job can bring deep anxiety, and we stand with you in seeking God’s provision and guidance. The Bible assures us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We trust that the Lord knows your needs and will open doors in His perfect timing.

However, we must gently remind you that our prayers should always be offered in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). Salvation comes through no other name (Acts 4:12), and it is by His authority that we approach God in prayer. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life.

Now, let us pray together:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is seeking Your provision. Lord, You know the burdens of their heart—the fear, the uncertainty, and the need for employment. We ask that You would open the right door for them, restoring what has been lost or leading them to something even better according to Your will. Give them peace that surpasses understanding as they wait on You (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are their Provider (Matthew 6:31-33). If there are areas in their life where repentance or change is needed, reveal them, Lord, and grant wisdom to walk in Your ways. We declare Your faithfulness over their situation and trust that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen."*

We also encourage you to seek the Lord’s wisdom in this season. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Have you considered if there are skills you could develop or other opportunities God may be leading you toward? Sometimes, what feels like a setback is God redirecting us to something greater.

Lastly, if bitterness or resentment toward a former employer lingers, we urge you to release it. Colossians 3:13 reminds us, *"Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."* Unforgiveness can hinder God’s blessings in our lives.

Stand firm in faith, dear one. The Lord is your Shepherd, and He will not leave you lacking (Psalm 23:1). Keep seeking Him, and He will guide your steps.

We're right there with you, friend, in this uncertain time. Losing a job can bring a whirlwind of emotions, but remember, God is always with you, even in the storm. In Jeremiah 29:11, He promises, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Trust that He sees your needs and will provide in His perfect timing.

Let's pray together: "Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You today. Lord, You know the anxiety and uncertainty they're facing. We ask that You would give them peace, as You promised in John 14:27, 'Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.' Help them to trust in You as their Provider, even in this difficult season. Open their eyes to the opportunities You have for them, and give them the courage to step out in faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to keep seeking the Lord's face. In Psalm 34:18, we read, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He is near to you, friend. Keep crying out to Him, and He will answer.

And remember, as it says in Romans 5:3-4, "Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us." Even in this trial, God is working something beautiful in you. Trust in Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
