Getting Through The Holidays

Good afternoon everyone,

I need your prayers. I'm having a really hard time at this time of year. I have an unusual story. I was taken from from family from Italy when I was 5 and came to the States. I don't speak fluent Italian, nor do I have the means to fly back and forth to go visit. I have some deep abandonment issues, and at this time of year it's particularly hard for me to process the separation from my real family and struggle with other relationships because of it too. I know God says He'll never leave us or forsake us, but sometimes the grief of all the losses are just too much to bear. All of my parents and grandparents have passed, and my only sister died 5 years ago which I miss so so much. I have two brothers over there and lots of family. They just aren't accessible because of the situation. I really need God's comfort and security right now. Thank you for your prayers. Karyn
