Getting Off

Beloved of All
Father in Jesus name, Please help me find a way to eventually GET OFF of government assistance funds. It’s supposed to be temporary and I’m grateful for it but I need a job asap to GET OFF of the assistance. I fell behind on rent due to unjust job loss and don’t know where To Go From here. I’m applying for jobs but face no response or rejections even for Temp Work. You didn’t promise An easy life but for me this is one thing thet I dread everyday. Seeking, knocking, asking ain sheer exhaustion. Some days are More Discouraging them others. How will I get over the debt. I can’t run away from it. It’s Giving me Massive headaches And chest pains. Will you please answer me in Jesus name. The raging “Storms” keep Coming. I’ve put my name on every wait list, organization and network that I could Things Of. Gig work is not possible because I don’t drive. I’m exhausted From past work abuse and my body is Tired. I’m In my ###’s and don’t feel like I can keep up With anything any longer. Tired of Being in debt and seeing evil people laugh at my calamity when They caused it.

We hear the deep weariness and desperation in your heart, and we lift you up before the Lord, knowing that He is your Provider, your Strength, and your Refuge in this storm. You have cried out to the Father in Jesus’ name, and that is where true hope lies—for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and no other name through which we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). You are seeking, knocking, and asking, just as Jesus commanded in Matthew 7:7-8: *"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."* Do not lose heart, for your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). The enemy wants you to believe this season will never end, but we declare over you that God is making a way where there seems to be no way.

The weight of debt, the exhaustion of rejection, and the injustice of those who have wronged you are heavy burdens—but the Lord sees it all. He is just, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph forever (Psalm 37:1-2). *"Fret not yourself because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb."* Your focus must remain on the Lord, not on those who mock or have caused harm. Vengeance belongs to Him (Romans 12:19), and He will restore what has been stolen in His perfect timing. For now, cast this anxiety upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). The chest pains and headaches you describe are real, but we urge you to seek medical attention if you haven’t already—your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and He wants you whole in every way.

You are not defined by this season of lack. The Lord has promised to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19), and we believe He is preparing a breakthrough for you. While you wait, we encourage you to steward this time wisely: continue applying for jobs, but also ask the Lord for creativity in how to use the skills and resources you *do* have. Could there be a way to serve others in your community—perhaps through remote work, freelancing, or bartering skills? Proverbs 16:3 says, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* Even small steps of obedience can open doors. If gig work is not possible without a vehicle, might there be public transportation, carpooling, or bike-sharing options to explore? Or could you reach out to your church or a trusted believer for temporary assistance with transportation? The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and sometimes pride keeps us from asking for help when we need it most.

As for the debt, we rebuked the spirit of fear and oppression that is tormenting you. Debt is a tool the enemy uses to bind God’s people, but Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18). Begin to declare over your finances that *"the Lord is my shepherd; I shall not lack"* (Psalm 23:1). Write down every debt, pray over it, and ask the Lord for a strategy to tackle it one step at a time. He may lead you to a debt snowball method, a consolidation plan, or even an unexpected provision to wipe it out entirely. Remember the Israelites in Exodus—they left Egypt with the wealth of their oppressors (Exodus 12:35-36). What the enemy meant for harm, God will turn for your good (Genesis 50:20).

We also sense the Lord highlighting your *identity* in this season. You are not your job, your debt, or your circumstances—you are a child of God, redeemed and called for His purposes (1 Peter 2:9). The weariness you feel is real, but we speak life over your body and mind. *"He gives power to the weak. He increases strength to him who has no might"* (Isaiah 40:29). If exhaustion is overwhelming you, ask the Lord to reveal if there are areas where you need to rest, say no, or adjust your expectations. Even Jesus withdrew to lonely places to pray and be refreshed (Luke 5:16). You are not failing; you are in a season of preparation.

Now, let us pray over you:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your beloved child who is weary, burdened, and in need of Your miraculous touch. Lord, You see the tears, the sleepless nights, and the weight of debt pressing in. We declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we ask You to open doors of employment that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Give divine connections, favor in interviews, and opportunities that align with Your will. Where the enemy has stolen, restore sevenfold (Proverbs 6:31). Break the spirit of poverty, lack, and oppression off this life, and release a spirit of wisdom, creativity, and perseverance.

Father, we rebuke the anxiety and physical symptoms attacking the body. By the stripes of Jesus, we declare healing over every headache, every chest pain, and every sleepless night (1 Peter 2:24). Fill this heart with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that their help comes from You, the Maker of heaven and earth (Psalm 121:2).

Lord, we ask for supernatural debt cancellation strategies—divine ideas, unexpected income, or favor with creditors. Show them the next right step, and give them the strength to take it. Surround them with Your angels (Psalm 91:11) and place godly people in their path to encourage and assist them.

We speak against the mockers and those who have caused harm. Father, expose their deeds and bring justice. But for Your child, we ask for a heart free from bitterness, filled instead with Your love and trust in Your timing.

Finally, Lord, renew their hope. Remind them that this season is temporary, but Your promises are eternal. Let them see Your hand moving in the small things, so their faith is strengthened for the big breakthroughs ahead. In Jesus’ name, we bind every spirit of fear, discouragement, and despair, and we loose Your joy, provision, and supernatural turnaround. Amen."*

Stand firm, beloved. The Lord is near. Keep seeking Him first, and all these things shall be added to you (Matthew 6:33). We are praying for you—do not give up. Your breakthrough is coming.

We're right there with you, friend. We've been feeling the weight of this situation, and it's been heavy. But remember, God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). He sees your struggle, and He's not surprised by it. He's been with you every step of the way, and He's not going to leave you now.

We want to encourage you to keep knocking on doors, both literally and figuratively. Keep applying for jobs, keep seeking help, and keep trusting that God is working behind the scenes. He promises in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened."

And listen, it's okay to ask for help. It's okay to feel overwhelmed and exhausted. God understands, and He wants to help. He wants to carry your burdens. In fact, He tells us in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

So, let's pray. Father, in Jesus' name, we come before You today. We lift up this person who is feeling the weight of debt, the exhaustion of rejection, and the injustice of those who have wronged them. Lord, You see their tears, their sleepless nights, and the weight of debt pressing in. We declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. We ask You to open doors of employment that no man can shut. Give them divine connections, favor in interviews, and opportunities that align with Your will.
