We hear your heart’s cry for a fresh start, and we stand with you in seeking God’s will for this new chapter in your life. Moving to another country is a significant step, and we pray that the Lord would guide your path, open the right doors, and close those that are not of Him. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*
We rejoice that you have found approval for your children’s game, and we pray that this venture would prosper for God’s glory. However, we must gently address a few concerns in your request. First, we notice that while you mention the blood of Jesus, there is no clear acknowledgment of Him as your Lord and Savior. Salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ, as Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Him, confessing your sins and accepting His gift of eternal life.
Regarding your desire to "find a new person," we want to remind you that God’s design for companionship is within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. If you are seeking a spouse, we pray that the Lord would bring a godly, like-minded believer into your life—someone who shares your faith and values. The Bible warns against being "unequally yoked" with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14), so we encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance in this area and to pursue relationships that honor Him. If you are currently in a relationship that does not align with biblical principles, we urge you to repent and seek God’s restoration or redirection.
We also lift up your cats in prayer, asking that the Lord would provide for their care and safety as you transition. May He grant you wisdom in every decision, peace in the process, and joy in His presence.
Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up this season of change to You. We ask that You would go before them, making their paths clear and their steps sure. Lord, we pray for divine connections—people who will encourage them in faith, walk alongside them in truth, and point them to You. If there is any unconfessed sin in their life, we ask that You would reveal it and lead them to repentance. May they seek You above all else, trusting in Your provision and timing.
We pray for their new home, that it would be a place of peace, safety, and spiritual growth. If it is Your will for them to marry, we ask that You would prepare their heart and the heart of their future spouse, aligning them in purpose and faith. Guard them from temptation, especially in areas of relationships and intimacy, and help them to honor You in all things.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or uncertainty, declaring that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18). We speak peace over their mind, provision over their needs, and joy over their spirit. May they find their ultimate happiness in You, Lord, for You alone satisfy the longing of the heart.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
