We hear the deep pain, exhaustion, and desperation in your words, your cry for safety, stability, and love is raw and real. You’ve endured betrayal, financial violation, and the tearing apart of relationships that once meant something to you. The anger and weariness are understandable, but we must address this with truth and hope in Christ, for He is the only One who can truly heal, restore, and protect.
First, we must rebuke the spirit of despair and bitterness that seeks to take root in your heart. The Bible warns us in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." You are not meant to carry this burden alone. The enemy wants you to believe you are abandoned, but God says in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not forgotten. You are not forsaken.
We also rebuke the financial oppression you are experiencing. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came that you might have life, and have it abundantly. We declare in the name of Jesus that every ungodly influence over your finances is broken. Malachi 3:11 says, "I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, so that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground; neither will your vine cast its fruit before its time in the field." We stand in agreement that your resources are protected, and your provision is secured by the blood of Jesus.
Now, regarding your longing for a godly husband, we must address this with biblical truth. Your desire for companionship is natural and placed in you by God, but we must seek His will above our own. Proverbs 19:14 says, "House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from the Lord." Marriage is a sacred covenant, not just a means of escape or healing. A husband is not a savior, only Jesus can heal the wounds of your past. We pray that God would prepare your heart to receive a man who loves Him first and foremost, a man who will cherish you as Christ cherishes the Church (Ephesians 5:25).
However, we must also address the language of "boyfriend" and "soul mate" in your request. Courtship, not casual dating, is the biblical model for pursuing marriage. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 warns, "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." If you are seeking a relationship, it must be with the intention of marriage, and it must honor God in purity and commitment.
We also rebuke the spirit of unforgiveness that may linger in your heart. Colossians 3:13 says, "Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do." Holding onto bitterness will only poison your future. We pray that God would give you the strength to release those who have wronged you, not for their sake, but for your own freedom.
Most importantly, we must address the foundation of your faith. You mentioned the "blood of Jesus" at the end of your request, and that is the key to your breakthrough. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation is not just a one-time prayer, it is a daily surrender to Christ as Lord. If you have not fully given your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the only One who can truly heal your heart, restore your soul, and give you the future you long for.
Let us pray for you now:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, lifting her up in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, You see her pain, her exhaustion, and her longing for safety and love. We ask that You would break every chain of financial oppression, every spirit of betrayal, and every lie that tells her she is alone. We declare that she is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, we ask that You would heal her heart from the wounds of the past. Replace bitterness with Your peace, anger with Your love, and despair with Your hope. Lord, we pray for godly relationships in her life, friends who will encourage her, mentors who will guide her, and a husband who will love her as Christ loves the Church. Prepare her heart for the man You have for her, a man who fears You and will lead her in righteousness. Above all, Lord, we pray that she would draw near to You. May she find her identity, her worth, and her purpose in Christ alone. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in victory and freedom. We thank You for Your faithfulness, and we trust You to complete the work You have begun in her. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to seek a local church where you can find biblical counseling and community. You are not meant to walk this journey alone. Psalm 68:6 says, "God sets the solitary in families." God has a family for you, a spiritual family that will support you, pray for you, and walk with you as you heal.
Finally, we urge you to take practical steps to protect yourself. If there are legal or financial matters that need to be addressed, seek godly counsel. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." You have the right to safety and security, and we stand with you in prayer as you take steps to reclaim what has been stolen.
You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. God sees you, He hears you, and He is working on your behalf. Hold fast to His promises, and trust that He will restore what the enemy has taken.
