We hear your frustration and concern, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join you in bringing this matter before the Lord. It is understandable to feel overwhelmed when others do not follow through on their commitments, especially when it affects something important to you. However, we must also examine our own hearts and responses to ensure they align with God’s will.
First, let us rebuke any spirit of frustration or impatience that may be taking root in your heart. The Bible tells us in James 1:19-20, "So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger; for the anger of man doesn’t produce the righteousness of God." While your feelings are valid, we must guard our hearts against bitterness or resentment, for these can hinder our walk with the Lord. Instead, let us seek peace and patience, trusting that God is in control of all things.
We also encourage you to approach your mother with grace and understanding. Proverbs 15:1 reminds us, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Have you considered speaking with her in love, expressing your concerns while also listening to hers? It may be that she is facing challenges you are unaware of, and a gentle conversation could bring clarity and resolution. Pray for wisdom in how to communicate with her, and ask the Holy Spirit to soften both of your hearts.

Father, we also ask that You would calm the frustration in the heart of Your child here, replacing it with peace and trust in Your timing. Help them to extend grace and understanding, just as You have extended grace to us.
Lord, we know that all things work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We trust that even in this delay, You are working something greater. If it is Your will, we ask that You would allow this project to be completed in a way that honors You and brings glory to Your name. Give wisdom and creativity to both mother and child as they work together, and let this be an opportunity for their relationship to grow stronger in You.
Father, we also pray for the movie project itself. May it be a tool that You can use to touch hearts and draw people closer to You. Let every detail, from the puppets to the final product, reflect Your love and truth. If there are any obstacles or delays, we ask that You would remove them or use them for Your purposes.
Finally, Lord, we rebuke any spirit of procrastination, distraction, or lack of discipline in this situation. We declare that Your Holy Spirit is a Spirit of excellence, and we ask that You would stir up a passion for diligence and faithfulness in both of their hearts. Help them to honor their commitments and to work as unto You, not unto man (Colossians 3:23).

Perhaps He is teaching you patience, or perhaps He has a different timeline in mind for the impact of your movie.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of keeping your heart right before the Lord. It is easy to become consumed by our projects and goals, but we must never let them take the place of our relationship with God. Matthew 6:33 says, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." Make sure that your pursuit of this project does not distract you from your pursuit of Christ. Spend time in prayer and in the Word, seeking His face above all else.
