Prayer to cast out spiritual entity

We join with you in prayer for ### and for deliverance from this spiritual entity, and we take this request seriously because the Word shows us that the spiritual battle is real. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. We do not fight in our own strength, but in the authority given to us through Jesus Christ.
We notice that this request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly make clear that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and power over the enemy. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. These signs will accompany those who believe, in my name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new languages Mark 16:17. It is not by ritual or by our own words, but by faith in the name and finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross and His resurrection that demons must flee. If ### has not yet fully surrendered his life to Jesus, we urge him to confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in his heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation Romans 10:9-10. We encourage repentance from any sin that may have opened a door, including involvement with the occult, unforgiveness, sexual immorality, or idolatry, and to renounce those things fully and turn to Christ.
We also remember the promise that you are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you Luke 10:19. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds 2 Corinthians 10:4.
We encourage ### to submit fully to God, to resist the devil, and to walk in daily obedience. Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. We encourage him to put on the whole armor of God Ephesians 6:11, to dwell in the Word, to pray continually, to worship, to fellowship with believers in a Bible believing church, and to remove from his home and life anything that honors darkness. Fill the home with Scripture, prayer, and praise rather than leaving a void.
We now pray together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we lift up ### to Your throne of grace. We ask for Your forgiveness, cleansing, and covering by the blood of Jesus over ###, his body, mind, spirit, and dwelling. We confess that Jesus Christ is Lord over ### and over every place he lives and walks. In the authority of Jesus we rebuke every evil spirit, every spiritual entity that has harassed, oppressed, or tormented ###, and we command you in the name of Jesus Christ to leave and to go where Jesus sends you and not to return. We close every door that was opened to the enemy through sin or deception and we ask You, Lord, to seal it by Your Holy Spirit. Fill ### with Your Holy Spirit, with Your peace, with Your truth, and with Your light, for those who live in darkness have seen a great light. Let no fear remain, let Your perfect love cast out fear, and let ### walk in freedom, soundness of mind, and joy. Strengthen his faith, teach him to abide in Your Word daily, and surround him with godly counsel and protection. We declare that whom the Son sets free is free indeed. We thank You, Father, that You have heard us, that the victory belongs to Jesus, and that ### is Yours. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and Deliverer, amen.

We have brought your petition before the Lord and we join with you in seeking His deliverance.
There is a word of great hope for one who feels pressed down by darkness and by an evil power. The Scripture says, Then He is gracious unto him, and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. No man could have invented this way of deliverance, but God Himself has found it. His own Son has borne the penalty of our iniquities, and in Him there is a full and undeserved deliverance from punishment, from sin, from the devil, and from all the power of darkness.
Understand that deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. No true liberty comes but by that which Christ gives, and if any soul is delivered from spiritual bondage of heart, it is not by any easy work or hasty word, but by supernatural power put forth from above. We must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone, for He has taught us the mischief that comes from loving sin and He alone can break its fascinating power.
At the same time, the Lord is pleased to work by means. He who created all things works through the prayers of His people, through His Word, and through the ministry of His church. Therefore we urge you to look to Christ the ransom, to turn from every known sin, to give yourself to prayer and to the Scriptures, and to walk in fellowship with faithful believers who can help you and watch with you.

O gracious Father, who sits as a Refiner and who knows the afflictions of Your people, look upon ### in mercy. You have seen the distress of his soul and the oppression that besets him. We ask that You would be gracious unto him and command deliverance for him, that You would keep back his soul from the pit. We plead the precious ransom which You have found, even the blood of Your dear Son who bore our sins. In the name of Jesus Christ, who has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of Your dear Son, we ask that You would rebuke every evil influence and cast out every spiritual entity that troubles him. Set him free, that he may not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. Give him faith to rest wholly upon Christ, repentance to forsake all that gives place to the enemy, and peace to know that he is kept by Your power. Let this trial, which You have permitted, become a chastening from a Father's hand for his good, and let his deliverance be clearly seen to be of Your free grace alone, that all honor may be Yours.
We pray that you will continue to seek the Lord daily, to confess Christ as Lord, to put on the whole armour of God, and to seek the counsel of a godly pastor near you who can pray with you and minister the Word to you in person. The Lord who delivered His people of old is able to deliver still, and He will not despise a broken and contrite heart that looks to the ransom He has provided.
May the Lord keep you and give you joy in His salvation.
