We have heard your heart and we are standing with you in prayer together in Jesus name, lifting every part of what you have shared before the Father.
We want to speak first about the pornographic cycle you are trying to break. This is a battle many face, and we commend you for wanting freedom. Scripture is clear that lust is sin and calls us to flee from it. Matt 5:28 says But I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart. And 1 Cor 6:18 says Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. We rebuke this bondage in Jesus name and encourage you to turn from it completely, to make no provision for the flesh, to remove access and triggers, to bring it into the light with a trusted mature Christian brother for accountability, and to fill your mind with the Word. God promises a way of escape. 1 Cor 10:13 says No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. We pray for your purity and for strength to walk in holiness before marriage.
You shared that you feel the Lord is a billion miles away and that your entire life He has not cared, especially about your deep desire to be married and have children. We gently correct that thought, because it does not align with the truth of Scripture. Your feelings are real and we do not dismiss your pain, but God has not abandoned you. Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. James 4:8 says Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. And Jer 29:11 says For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. He does care deeply about your desire for marriage and children. Marriage is holy and good, a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and children are a gift from the Lord. We affirm that desire as godly. We encourage you to pursue courtship with the goal of marriage to a fellow believer in Christ, not simply a relationship or partnership, and to wait on the Lord's timing while you are being prepared and purified. God sees you and has not forgotten you.
You also mentioned your head has swollen, your body is suffering, your health is bad, your teeth are in poor condition, and you feel worthless. We pray for your physical healing and we also urge you to seek prompt medical and dental care, as God often works through physicians. Psalm 103:3 says who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And you are not worthless. That is a lie from the enemy. Psalm 139:14 says I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your worth is not in your job, your health, your teeth, or your marital status, but in being created in God's image and loved so much that Christ died for you.
You spoke of demonic activity in your body and asked for a spiritual attack of angels. We understand your longing for protection and deliverance. We do not pray to angels, for angels are ministering spirits sent by God to serve those who will inherit salvation, as Heb 1:14 teaches, and Psalm 91:11 says For he will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways. It is God who commands them. We do pray for your deliverance and protection in the mighty name of Jesus. 1 John 4:4 says You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. And James 4:7 says Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. We pray you will submit fully to God, resist the enemy, and walk in the authority Christ has given.
You shared that you get so depressed with work and hate minimum wage jobs. We understand that struggle and the discouragement it brings. We pray God will open doors for provision and for work that uses your gifts, and that He will help you find purpose even in difficult labor. Col 3:23 says Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Even small jobs done faithfully for the Lord have eternal value, and He sees your diligence.
You also asked for prayer for your mobile phone to be fixed. We bring even this small need to the Lord, because He cares about every detail of your life. Phil 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
We noticed you referred to the Lord but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and salvation. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for Rom 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is by His blood we are forgiven, healed, and delivered.
We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother to You. We ask for forgiveness where there has been lust and pornography, wash him clean by the blood of Jesus, break every chain and set him free, give him a pure heart and renewed mind. Draw near to him as he draws near to You, let him feel Your presence and know You have not forsaken him. Heal his body, touch his swollen head, his teeth, his overall health, and guide him to the care he needs. Command Your angels to guard him and drive back every demonic influence, let no weapon formed against him prosper. Lift his depression, give him hope, provide for his work and finances, and even fix what is broken with his phone according to Your will. Restore his sense of worth in Christ, affirm his godly desire for marriage and children, and prepare him to be a godly husband and father in Your timing. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, peace, and joy. We ask all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to stay in the Word daily, pray continually in Jesus name, fellowship with a Bible believing church, seek counseling and medical help, and keep pressing forward. God is not far from you. He is near, He cares, and He is able to restore and heal you completely.
