Dear Lord Jesus and Father God,

I am sorry for my sins, please forgive me.

Thank you for looking after me.

Thank you for J and B, who are doing so much to help me.

Lord please look after me as I am having trouble with antibiotics and pain and other issues.

Please help me to ease the flashbacks and torment and guilt and self-doubt, a lot of which comes from the hate campaign that has damaged me.

Please help me to sleep and wake without distress and focus on the tasks I have, including script writing, writing about what has happened to me, and looking for a home.

Help me Lord, I ask this in Jesus' Name, amen
