However, we must remind you that our trust is not to be placed in teachers, circumstances, or even our own abilities, but in the Lord, who holds all things in His hands. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Even when the path seems unfair or difficult, God is sovereign, and He can turn what seems like a stumbling block into a stepping stone for His glory.

The Bible calls us to honor those in authority over us, even when we feel they are unjust. *"Render to all their dues: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor"* (Romans 13:7, WEB).
