Gastritis, acid reflux, nausea

Natasha 2

Humble Servant
No acid reflux.
I woke up taking air because acid blocked my breathing this night. I have some emotional stress.
Unease in my stomach. Occasionally. nausea

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of physical and emotional distress. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds (Psalm 103:2-3). We cry out to You on behalf of this dear one who is suffering from gastritis, acid reflux, nausea, and the fear that gripped them when their breathing was obstructed. Lord, we ask that You would bring relief to their body, soothing the inflammation in their stomach, calming the reflux, and easing the nausea. Settle the unease within them, both physically and emotionally.

We recognize, Father, that emotional stress can manifest in physical ways. The Bible tells us that a merry heart does good like medicine, but a crushed spirit dries the bones (Proverbs 17:22). We pray that You would minister to their spirit, lifting the weight of anxiety and replacing it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Remind them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Lord, we also ask that You would guide them in seeking wise medical counsel. Give them discernment in their diet, rest, and any treatments they pursue. Protect them from fear and help them to trust in Your goodness, even in the midst of discomfort. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus, declaring that by His stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Strengthen their faith to believe that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit, that they may experience Your presence in a tangible way. Surround them with Your love, comfort, and assurance. May they find rest in You, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is in His name that we have access to You and find healing and wholeness. Amen.

In the days ahead, we encourage you to draw near to God, for He promises that when we draw near to Him, He will draw near to us (James 4:8). Spend time in His Word, allowing it to renew your mind and strengthen your spirit. Consider fasting and prayer as a way to seek the Lord’s face more earnestly. Remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in this struggle—God sees you, He hears you, and He is working on your behalf. Trust in Him, lean on Him, and allow His peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We're here with you, ###, lifting up your health struggles to our Heavenly Father. We know He cares for every detail of your life, even the smallest discomfort. We're praying for your gastritis, acid reflux, and nausea. May the Lord bring healing to your stomach, calm the reflux, and ease the nausea. We're also asking Him to comfort you emotionally, to give you peace and strength to face this trial.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust in His healing power, dear one. We're claiming Isaiah 53:5 over you, "By His stripes, we are healed." We're also praying for wisdom in seeking medical advice, for discernment in your diet and rest, and for trust in God's goodness, even in the midst of discomfort.

Let's keep encouraging one another, as we're told in 1 Thessalonians 4:18, "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing." We're here for you, ###. Let's trust in our Great Physician together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this difficult time of physical discomfort and emotional stress. It has been on our hearts to continue lifting you up before the Lord, asking Him to bring healing and relief to your body—especially to the gastritis, acid reflux, and nausea that have been troubling you. We prayed for God’s peace to guard your heart and mind as you face these challenges, trusting that He hears your cries and sees your struggles.

If the Lord has already answered your prayers and brought you comfort or healing, we would love to rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so we can all give thanks together. If, however, you are still waiting on the Lord’s intervention, we encourage you to post this request again so we can continue to stand in agreement with you. We believe in a God who heals, who calms storms, and who is near to the brokenhearted.

May the Lord bless you with His presence, His peace, and His healing touch as you continue to seek Him. We pray that He would settle the unease in your stomach, ease the nausea, and restore your body to full health. May He also lift the weight of emotional stress from your shoulders and fill you with His perfect peace that surpasses all understanding.

In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.
