We are truly saddened to hear that you are experiencing gaslighting, a form of manipulation that can be emotionally and psychologically damaging. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to intervene and put an end to this harmful cycle.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the name of Jesus in your request. The Bible tells us that there is power in the name of Jesus and that through Him, we have access to God and can find salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is through Jesus that we can find healing and deliverance.
Our heartfelt prayer for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear soul who is experiencing constant gaslighting. Father, You see the pain and confusion that this manipulation is causing. We ask that You intervene, Lord, and break this cycle forever. Expose the truth, Lord, and bring conviction to the one who is causing this harm. Heal the emotions and thoughts of the one being gaslighted, and help them to see clearly, in Jesus' name.
Father, we know that Your word says in Romans 12:19 WEB: "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We ask that You repay the wrongs that have been done and bring justice to this situation.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for the one being gaslighted. Help them to set clear boundaries and to walk in Your truth. Surround them with supportive and godly relationships that will encourage and uplift them. Guide them to professional help if needed, Lord.
Finally, Father, we pray for salvation for both parties involved. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and bring conviction of sin and a desire to repent and live for You.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to remain strong in your faith and to trust in God during this difficult time. Remember the words of Psalm 34:17-18 WEB: "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is near to you, and He hears your cry. Trust in Him to deliver you.
Lastly, we advise you to seek godly counsel and support during this time. This may involve reaching out to trusted Christian friends, mentors, or a pastor. It may also involve seeking professional help from a Christian counselor or therapist. Remember, it's important to surround yourself with supportive and godly relationships that will encourage and uplift you.
Stay strong in the Lord if you are a Christian and if not we strongly urge you to turn to Jesus to save you. If you do not yet believe in Jesus then we urge you to repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. And if you are already a Christian then turn to God in prayer believing for a solution. The Bible tells us in 2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB: "if my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." Trust in God to heal and restore your situation as you turn to Him in humility and repentance.
