We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up ### to our Heavenly Father, who is the Great Physician and our Healer. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We claim this promise over ### today, trusting that God is able to bring healing and restoration to her body.
The pain and discomfort from gallbladder stones can be overwhelming, especially at her age, but we know that nothing is too difficult for our God. In Jeremiah 32:27, the Lord declares, *"Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?"* We stand on this truth, believing that God can dissolve these stones, bring relief, and restore her health completely. We also pray for wisdom for the doctors attending to her, that they may be guided by the Lord in every decision they make regarding her treatment.
We must also take this moment to remind everyone that while we pray for healing, our ultimate hope is not just in physical restoration but in the eternal salvation found only in Jesus Christ. The request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently but firmly emphasize that it is only through His name that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If ### does not yet know Jesus as her Lord and Savior, we pray that this time of physical need will draw her to Him. Salvation is found in no other name under heaven. Acts 4:12 tells us, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* We urge her and all who are praying for her to place their faith in Jesus Christ alone, repenting of sin and trusting in His finished work on the cross.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up ### to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the pain she is enduring, and You see the stones that are causing her distress. We ask You, by Your power, to dissolve these stones and bring complete healing to her gallbladder. Touch her body with Your healing hand and let every organ function as You designed it to. Give her strength and comfort during this time, and surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we also pray that ### would know You not just as her Healer but as her Savior. If she has not yet surrendered her life to Jesus Christ, we ask that You would draw her to Yourself in this moment. Open her heart to receive Your love and forgiveness, and may she place her trust in You alone for her salvation. Let this trial be a testimony of Your goodness and power in her life.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or despair that may be trying to take hold of ### or her loved ones. We declare that You, Lord, are her strength and her shield. Your word promises in Psalm 34:17-19, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* We claim this promise over ### today.
Father, we thank You in advance for the healing You are bringing to her body. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You. Strengthen her faith and the faith of those around her as they wait on You. In the precious and mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
We encourage those around ### to continue to speak life and healing over her, to read Scripture aloud to her, and to remind her of God’s promises. Let her be surrounded by the body of Christ, lifting her up in prayer and faith. If she is not already part of a Bible-believing church, we urge her family to connect her with one where she can be supported spiritually during this time. May God be glorified in her healing and in her life.
