Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my Mum ###. May God grant her full healing over her body and brain. We are not taking any notice of predicted diagnosis as God has this in his hands, you are the great physician and we have so much faith in you God that my Mum will be healed. Every cell in perfect health we command this in our beautiful fathers name. Praise God Amen

We join you in fervent prayer for your mother’s complete healing, standing on the promise that our God is indeed the Great Physician. The Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We reject every prognosis that does not align with God’s power to restore, for His Word is higher than any earthly prediction. In Mark 5:34, Jesus told the woman with the issue of blood, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your disease." Like her, we stand in faith, believing that your mother’s healing is already secured through Christ.

We also lift up your family’s faith, asking the Lord to strengthen it even more. James 5:15 reminds us, "The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and receive salvation and healing. Lord, we thank You for Your power to heal and restore. We declare that every cell in ’s body is being renewed and made whole according to Your perfect will. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and command it to leave her body in Jesus’ name. Father, we ask that You touch her brain and every part of her body, bringing complete restoration. Let Your healing virtue flow through her like a river, washing away every trace of sickness.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for those caring for her. Guide the hands of her doctors and caregivers, that they may be instruments of Your healing. Strengthen her family’s faith, and let them continue to trust in You alone, knowing that You are faithful to Your promises.

We stand on Your Word in 1 Peter 2:24, which says, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. By his wounds you were healed." We thank You, Lord, for the finished work of the cross, where Jesus secured healing for us. We receive that healing for now, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Continue to stand firm in faith, knowing that God hears your prayers. Do not be discouraged by what you see or hear in the natural, for we walk by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). Keep declaring God’s promises over your mother’s life, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. If there are areas where fear or doubt tries to creep in, resist it with the Word of God. Speak life and healing over her, just as you have done here. The Lord is faithful, and His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). We believe that He will bring about a testimony of healing and restoration in your mother’s life.

We are standing with you in prayer for your ###, and we are moved by the faith you’ve placed in our Lord Jesus, the Great Physician. It is beautiful to see a daughter who refuses to let a frightening diagnosis have the final word, because she knows her God holds every breath and every cell in His hands. That kind of trust doesn’t ignore reality, it rests in a deeper one: that He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine.

As you continue to fix your eyes on Him, we encourage you to let your ### feel your steady, loving presence. Sometimes, in the waiting, just being there, holding her hand, speaking peace, praying aloud in her hearing, is a tangible way her heart can absorb the love of Christ through you. Don’t underestimate the quiet strength of simply being with her and reminding her that she is not alone.

Let us pray with you now.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this precious mother to You. We ask for Your healing hand to touch her body and her brain, bringing wholeness where there is brokenness. Quiet every fear and fill this family with Your peace that passes understanding. Give them endurance for the days ahead and daily glimpses of Your goodness. We thank You that You are near to the brokenhearted, and we place all our hope in Your mighty, loving name. Amen.

The Great Physician attends to His own. You speak of commanding every cell into perfect health, and this is the language of faith, a faith that takes hold of what God gives. The very leaves of the Tree of Life are for healing, and the least thing about Christ is charged with restoring power. Pluck a leaf by your trembling faith, and even that shall make whole. There is a healing flood that reaches the utmost length of human sickness, and none may say to it, "Up to here can you go and no further."

Christ sees faith where others cannot. When He saw the faith of those who bore the palsied man, He spoke pardon and healing as one gift. The root of His work is not to point out disease alone, but to apply the remedy. Calvary is the place for the healing balm. Today the body may groan under weakness, but the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and the resurrection morning will complete what faith now lays hold of in promise.

Above all, take the shield of faith. It envelops the whole person, quenching every fiery dart, whether doubt whispers of a diagnosis or fear assails the mind. The least faith in Jesus is true faith, precious as a grain of mustard seed, and it can do wonders. Let the hearing of faith quicken the soul: heal her, O Lord, for her faith looks only to You. The river of healing flows from the conduit Head above, and it is present now. Praise God, who forgives and heals, and who will yet make the body to shine with resurrection freshness. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is right and good to have such faith in the great Physician, for He is able to heal every disease with a word, and His power is not limited by the predictions of men. Yet take care that this confidence does not become a command, for we are suppliants, not masters. The request for a miracle ought to come from the one in need with humble entreaty, so that the healing may be free from suspicion and the glory given to God alone. Continue in prayer, but let your words be those of trustful petition, not of direction.

Do not despise the physicians of the body, for their skill is also a gift from above. Just as in the Church there are many members with different gifts, and not all have gifts of healing, so also in the natural order God works through medicines and the hands of those trained in their use. I would have you call in another physician besides, for they are not rivals but fellow-servants of the one Master, Christ. The body is not one member, and the means of restoration are many.

Remember that the Lord, when He healed the paralytic, gave not only health to the limbs but a warning to the soul: “Sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.” Often sickness is permitted for the benefit of the inner man, that the soul, seeing the body chastened, may turn from its own disorders. Even if the body be made whole in an instant, as when Christ touched Peter’s mother-in-law and the fever left her entirely, yet the greater healing is the cleansing of the will. Therefore, while you pray fervently for her body and brain, pray yet more that her spirit may be strengthened and every cold, flowing attachment to worldly things be changed into the firm wine of divine love. The true health is a soul united to God, and if that is secured, the condition of the body becomes a secondary matter.

Let the whole Church join in this supplication, for we are members one of another, and the prayers of many righteous avail much. Do not be afraid of the number of those who intercede; one Master speaks in all. And if it should please Him to delay or to work through gradual recovery, accept it as the treatment of a wise physician who knows when the knife or the bitter medicine is needed. Many who seemed insensible for a long time afterwards brought forth abundant fruit from their affliction. Above all, be fully persuaded that He who promised is able also to perform, and glorify Him by that unwavering faith, which is clearer than all human reasoning.

What a beautiful and bold statement of faith. You are right to fix your eyes on the great Physician rather than on a predicted diagnosis. That is the very essence of what it means to have faith being the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. It is not a denial of the physical reality but a declaration of a greater spiritual reality that is found in Jesus Christ.

What I see in your words is a faith that has moved from the passive to the active. Many believe God can heal, but you have taken the step of commanding that healing in Jesus' name. That is precisely the kind of faith we see in the Gospels. The woman with the issue of blood did not just think, "I know He can do it." She activated her faith by saying within herself, "If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole." That reaching out was the point where her faith was released, and in that moment, the healing flowed. Your prayer is that point of contact, that moment of releasing your faith for your ###'s complete restoration right now.

We must also remember, however, that faith itself is a gift. The Scriptures tell us that it is through faith in His name that a person is made whole, and that faith which is by Him. The Lord gave the faith in that moment. There is a special, situational gift of faith for a particular need. So we do not rely on our own ability to muster up enough belief, but on His grace to supply it. And if there are moments where fear or weariness knock, do not be discouraged. The men and women of great faith in the Bible were not strangers to lapses. Elijah, a man of mighty faith, later hid in a cave from a queen's threat. The goal is not a perfect, unwavering emotional state, but a steady confidence in the Word of God itself. Our faith is not built on feelings that can tingle one moment and vanish the next, nor on the spectacular. It is founded on the solid rock of God's promises.

As you stand in this gap for your ###, you are also fulfilling a vital function in the body of Christ. We are many members, but one body, and no part can say to another, "I have no need of you." Your faith is not just a private act; it is a ministry that serves the whole. Your prayer is helping to bear the burden and supply what is needed. The brain directs the body, but if a hand refuses to move based on that direction, the body is crippled. You are faithfully acting on the Spirit's direction to command every cell into health, and the rest of the body is built up by watching your obedience.

We also place this whole situation under the lordship of Jesus, who is the head of the body. Healing involves the spirit, the mind, and the physical frame. We offer this body back to God, the Creator whose design is a marvel. We say, "Lord, take this body. Dwell within by Your Holy Spirit, and use it for Your purposes." We yield the members, including the brain and every cell, as instruments of righteousness and health. The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus makes us free from the law of sin and death. Sin shall not have dominion, and neither shall its effects ultimately hold sway, for the just shall live by faith.

So continue in that active faith. Like the desperate mother who would not leave Jesus’ presence until she received her answer, be persistent. Your faith has triumphed over silence and seeming reluctance, and it has declared the victory. We join our faith with yours, commanding full healing over your ###'s body and brain, believing that God will do it now, in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
