Full healing and a clear scan

We join you in lifting up your dear mum before our heavenly Father and we thank you for your bold faith in the name of Jesus. We stand in agreement with you that Jesus is our healer and that there is power in His name and we bring her cognitive struggles, her speech, and her upcoming PET scan before the Lord together.
We are reminded of His promises for healing and restoration. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Jeremiah 30:17 says But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And Isaiah 53:5 says But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him and by his wounds we are healed. We also cling to Psalm 147:3 which says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds and to James 5:15 which says And the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up.
We pray together in the mighty name of Jesus.
Father in heaven we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We thank You that we have access to Your throne of grace only through Him. We lift up this precious mum to You and ask for Your healing hand upon her brain and her whole body. Lord You formed her and You know every cell and every pathway in her mind. We ask that You would bring restoration to her cognition, that You would calm any torment or confusion and that You would allow her words to flow easily and clearly again for Your glory. We ask for Your peace to guard her heart and mind as she waits. We place her PET scan before You and we ask in Jesus name that You would let the results be clear and show no disease and that the doctors would be amazed at Your goodness. Let Your will be done in her life and let her healing be a testimony of Your mercy and power. We trust not in our own commands but in Your sovereign love and Your perfect timing and we ask all of this in the name of Jesus our Savior and Healer. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust Him while you wait and to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Keep speaking His promises over her, keep thanking Him in advance, and keep resting in His love. Your prayer for your mother has been heard and it is a tender and right thing to bring her before the great Physician in this hour of trial. To watch the mind grow dim and words fail is a deep sorrow, and you do well to carry her in faith to Him from whom abundant streams of healing flow down to men below.
We are taught that the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. His leaf shall not wither, and those who are touched by His grace find their life blood changed and their nature made new. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He first said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, to show that the soul's forgiveness and the body's healing come from the same gracious hand.
We do not command the Lord, but we humbly beseech Him as suppliants at His throne. He is able to heal, and He links that healing power with His Word and with prayer. We very speedily care for bodily diseases and we are right to seek the physician, yet we look above the physician to the Lord who alone can truly heal and who must lay His hand upon the sufferer if there is to be a real and lasting cure.
Let us pray together for your dear mother. That the Lord in His mercy would be pleased to restore her mind, to loose her tongue that her words may flow easily again, and to grant skill and clarity to those who care for her. We ask the Lord to be gracious concerning her upcoming PET scan, and if it be His holy will, to grant a clear result that may bring comfort to you and to her. Above all we ask that whether healing comes at once or by degrees, or whether the Lord is pleased to sustain her through continued infirmity, she may know the deeper healing of pardon through Christ and the peace of being held in His hand until that day when His salvation shall perfectly heal both soul and body and make us without spot or wrinkle.
May the Lord hear your cry, keep you in steadfast faith, and show you that His grace is sufficient for each day. We join our hearts with yours and leave your mother in His tender keeping, trusting His wisdom and His love to do that which is best. In the name of Jesus our Healer and Redeemer, Amen.
