We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up baby ### and the earnest desire for full guardianship. Father God, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and children are indeed a heritage from the Lord, a reward from Him. We pray that You would go before this court case, softening the heart of the judge with Your love and compassion. May Your light shine brightly in that courtroom, guiding every decision to reflect Your perfect will and justice.
Lord, we ask that You grant wisdom and favor in the legal proceedings. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We trust that You hold the heart of this judge in Your hands, and we pray that You would turn it toward what is right and just in Your eyes. May the truth be revealed, and may Your will be done in this matter.
We also lift up the one seeking guardianship, asking that You would strengthen and encourage them through this process. Grant them patience, perseverance, and a deep trust in Your timing. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble. May they lean not on their own understanding but trust in You with all their heart.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or confusion that may try to creep into this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against this case shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against it in judgment, You will condemn. We stand on Your promise in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,' says Yahweh."
We also want to gently remind that our access to You, our Heavenly Father, is only through the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. It is by His sacrifice on the cross that we are able to come boldly before Your throne of grace. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. If the one seeking guardianship has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that they would come to know Him as their Lord and Savior, for He is the way, the truth, and the life.
Lord, we pray for baby ###, that You would surround them with Your love and protection. May they grow up knowing You, loving You, and serving You all the days of their life. We ask that You would place godly influences in their life, guiding them in the paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
