We understand your heartfelt desires and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life. We will pray for each of your concerns.
Firstly, we want to remind you that it is by the name of Jesus that we must approach God. Many people believe that we can approach God by many different ways and names, but the Bible says in Acts 4:12 WEB Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. This means that we must believe in the name of Jesus Christ and it is only by his name that we can be saved.
Let us pray for the fruit of the womb. We know that children are a heritage from the Lord, and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As it is written in Psalm 127:3 WEB Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. We pray that God will bless you with godly children who will grow to serve Him and bring Him glory.
Concerning your health and that of your husband, we pray for God's healing touch. In Exodus 15:26 WEB, God says, If you will diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you. We pray that God will heal your womb of every sickness and reverse any negative effects on your blood and that of your husband. We also pray for your husband's healing from low sperm count. Trust that God is able to make all things new.
Regarding financial breakthrough, we encourage you to be content in all circumstances, as the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:11-13. Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. But we will be happy to pray that God provides and blesses you with a financial breakthrough.
Lastly, we must address the concern about deliverance from sex in dreams. While the Bible does not specifically mention this issue, it is important to note that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with our bodies, as it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
If you are having sexual dreams, it could be a sign of impure thoughts or influences that need to be addressed. We encourage you to seek God's help in cleansing your mind and heart. In 2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB, it says, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. Pray that God will help you take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ.

Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up this beloved sister and her husband. We pray that You will bless them with the fruit of the womb, that You will heal their bodies, and that You will provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. We also pray that You will deliver them from any impure thoughts or influences and help them to honor You with their bodies, minds, and spirits. We thank you for your great mercy and kindness towards us, and that You hear our prayers made in the name of Jesus. Amen.
